Here I am, lost in the ashes of timeBut who wants tomorrow? In between the longing to hold you againI'm caught in your shadow, I'm losing control- Afterglow INXS..It happens all the time, they take your heart and steal your lifeAnd it's as though you feel you've died because you've been killed insideBut yet you're still alive which means you will surviveAlthough today you may weep because you're weak andEverything seems so bleek and hopelessThe light that you're seeking, it begins to seep inThat's the only thing keeping you from leaping off the motherfreaking deep endAnd I'm pulling for you to push through this feelingAnd with a little time that should do the healingAnd by tomorrow you may even feel so good that you're willingTo forgive them even after all that shit you been put through. This feeling of resilience is building. And the flames are burning quick as fire would through this building you're sealed inBut you're fireproof, and flame retardant you withstood it.And as you climb up to the roof you're just chillin' and you look down'Cause you're so over them you could put the heel of your foot through the ceiling. As time passes, things change everydayBut wounds, wounds healBut scars still remain the sameBut tomorrow today's gone down in flamesThrow the match, set the past up ablazeSo feel the fire beneath your feetAs you barely even perspire from the heatExhale deep and breathe a sigh of reliefAnd as you say goodbye to the griefIt's like watching the walls melt in your prison cellBut you've extinguished this living hellStill a little piece of you dies, you scream  - Beautiful pain EMINEM..Made a wrong turn, Once or twice.Dug my way out, Blood and fire.Bad decisions, That's alright.Welcome to my silly life; Mistreated, misplaced, misunderstood, Miss "No way, it's all good", It didn't slow me down.Mistaken, always second guessing, Underestimated, Look, I'm still around.- Perfect  by PiNk

What happened to your school bully?

He died. Here is what the article with the picture says:“Marc-André Pépin, 17 years old, has been struck down by a meningitis infection last Tuesday. The Public Health Direction of the Montérégie will not be ordering a massive vaccination campaign against meningitis following the death of a teenager this week in Saint-Hubert.The authorities think this is an isolated case. Last Tuesday, Marc-André Pépin, 17 years old, has been struck down by meningitis, a few hours only after the apparition of the first symptoms. The Public Health Direction of the Montérégie believes that the young Pépin could have been infected with the C type bacteria. This is the third death due to meningitis in Quebec since the beginning of the year, but the first in Montreal’s area.”While I had many bullies, from elementary school up to the end of high school, this one is one of the most memorable, because he was steady on his grand scheme, from first year of high school, to the last. There was all sorts of abuse done, both physical and psychological, but it had calmed down a bit in my last year of high school, but then for some reason, he started it up again. I was very much fed up with him and wished with all my heart that he could just disappear, or better yet, just die. That year, I think there were about 10 cases of meningitis in the province of Quebec, which were all in the Quebec city area, except this one. It also was the most virulent and aggressive death of them all. This happened just after the graduation ball, and I remember that people had shared drinks with him - they had to give everyone who drank in the same soda can antibiotics as a preventive measure.Do I feel guilty about this ? Absolutely not. It’s a weird coincidence he died, but I had nothing to do with it, and I was not sad either because well, he was an abusive jerk who preyed on me every chance he got. Insensitive ? Maybe a little, but then it’s difficult to have lots of empathy for someone who thought it was ok to spit in your hair, steal from you, call you ugly and corner you with his buddies to threaten you, or to beat you up.You can see here the original short article about his death, in French here: Méningite: pas de campagne de vaccination massive à Montréal
