Has Or Have Raised Questions

The Question is risen or is raised?

The question has been raised
The question has risen

Both gramatically work but has risen sounds better.

“From all these information, some questions have been raised.” Is this sentence correct?

The sentence leaves a couple of things implied. It suggests that people considered the information, and then, those people, raised questions. A version of this sentence that is somewhat more explicit and sounds better to me is “When this information was considered, questions were raised.” As a general rule, I would suggest that non-native English speakers be explicit, because constructing implicit statements is tricky and prone to errors.

Minimum wage raise question?

i make $0.25 more than the minimum wage in the state of washington. if the minimum wage is raised, say $.15, do i get a raise of $0.15 also or does all my hard work mean nothing? i am asking in general, not specific to a certain company.

What is more important: to raise questions or to solve questions?

Both. It's the circle of curiosity. A persons questioning ability  (no matter how absurd or stupid the question) is the stimuli for the persons thoughts. Questions make the brain go - Why? How? What? When? Where? It's like a atomic chain reaction and it's pretty amazing!Answers are the product of the crazy exercise the brain does to think, analyse and express. Which again leads to more questioning.Questions ----> Answers ------> More Questions ------->More Answers ------> Circle of CuriosityAsking questions and finding answers are both crucial to the exchange of ideas and knowledge. The more questions you ask the better you get in the art of asking questions, like John Ruskin put it - “To be able to ask a question clearly is two-thirds of the way to getting it answered.” And when you learn the art of asking questions correctly the skill to answer shall follow suit, because the mind has been set in motion and it won't rest till it finds the answer. So keep asking questions and seeking answers :)
