Hate The Fat Not The Person

Why do people hate fat people?

because they eat better than skinny people

Why do people hate fat people?

i don't hate them, but i feel bad for them because i know that half the Time, some ignorant jerk has or will give them a hard time about it. and the sad part is, people aren't fat only because of laziness or overeating. there are HEALTH and GENETIC issues. half of the fat population probably didn't ask to be fat, it was in their blood. and there was probably no way of avoiding it.

my mom told me a story of this stupid woman who said she hated fat people, that if they sat next to her, she would move. then as years went by, SHE ended up getting fat and my said "yea how does it feel now." i think people who laugh and point fingers will see what its like later on in their lives.

i really don't understand why people fear or get upset over extra weight and skin. its like every single person in the whole world has to be THEIR weight in order to be accepted. america and everyone else who thinks its okay to criticize someone's weight needs to wake up.

i also don't understand how anybody can make someone feel bad about themselves on PURPOSE. its like how do you think fat people are suppose to feel and how do you think they should react when crap is being said to them. should it just bounce off? no! they absorb those words and remember it. so why would anybody want to hurt somebody?

Why do I hate fat people?

Fat is not aesthetically pleasing... nothing more disgusting and less sexually appealing than an androgynous lump. And, yes, the excuses are tiresome. There is no secret about how you get fat: You eat more than you expend. My favorite line when dealing with a nasty fatty: "I thought you people were supposed to be jolly." I have a fat, disgusting, wheezing brother-in-law who makes holiday meals feel like a contest... the dumb bastard actually passed out a few months ago when he kept shoveling food in his mouth and choked himself. He dislodged the food when he thumped onto the floor. He was like a turtle... he honest to God couldn't get himself off the floor. I had to pull his fat, disgusting bulk off the floor. Who finds that hot? I mean, he is available, ladies.
I do not tolerate the BS excuses. People are fat 99.9% of the time as a matter of choices. They can go sell crazy somewhere else. Easy targets... I mean, personality can go a long way, but the first thing I think when I meet another fatty: "Christ... another one. Please, don't eat me."

Is it wrong to hate fat people?

I think it's interesting that you write a question about something you know is wrong ... anonymously. If you read the question as first posted, he follows the question (Is it OK to hate fat people?) by posting the following description of the woman he hates."I just see this woman and she's really fat. I don't mean a little overweight, I mean grotesquely overweight. I'm talking 150 to 200 pounds in addition to what she should be. I feel extremely disgusted by the way she look"Now some readers have as me why I wrote the answer I did.  Considering the fact that the questioner removed his graphic description of the fat woman he hated, my answer may now seem angry and/or inappropriate.I stand by my response to the question as first asked ... but will be more than happy to remove it if readers deem it appropriate to do so.Jeanne 10/23/2015Your question says way more about you, than it does about anything else. You are judgementalYou are mean spiritedYou are intolerantYou are hurtfulYou are insecureYou are ignorantYou are shallowYou are uneducatedIf you were a reasonable person, you'd realize you have a right to surround yourself with anyone you chose.  You have a right to LIKE or DISLIKE any body type, hair color, skin color or physical attribute. When it comes down to it, you even have the right to HATE whomever you decide to.  But whenever you hate people, those people tend to hate you back.  What a sad lonely life, to be spent hating and being hated in return. You want to know what disgusts me?Judgemental, mean spirited, intolerant, hurtful, insecure, ignorant, shallow, and uneducated people who think they are better than anyone else.Women are more than just slabs of meat to be weighed out and judged by how they look.

Would a kinda fat person look good in a mini skirt?

I think so, as long as it's not super short, cause I don't care what size you are when a skirt is too short you look skanky. And as long as it's comfy, if it's gonna ride up or down or feels weird when you sit, I'd skip.

Also you say your "kinda fat" which by todays standards means your a normal size. Not everyone is a 2 and they don't have to be.

Curves are better than bones sticking out. And no I'm not "Fat". But I hate that word. People are supposed to come in all different shapes and sizes.

What is the real reason why people hate fat people and ugly people?

People who are fat are often believed to eat too much, thought to do no exercise, assumed to have little to no self control, perceived as having no respect for themselves or for others.I speak from my own experience - there was a time I was so fat I couldn’t cross my legs. Nobody took me seriously, everyone excluded me from social activity, nobody was interested in my feelings, opinions or thoughts on anything. Once I lost the weight I was considered a human again, & treated as such.Fat people might get discriminated against when it comes to job opportunities as they will have more health risks than those of a healthier weight/body shape.Fat people are generally believed to be lazy & greedy. These are not admirable traits. As Coco Chanel said: “There are no ugly women, only lazy ones.”Beauty is often believed to be subjective - however - being physically attractive indicates one’s health, strength & age - we feel physically attracted towards what we think will enhance our genes when we pass them on, & who might be best equipped to take care of our progeny as well as look after us in old age.

Do fat people not like being told they are fat?

Intention is important. Other than a medical doctor, why would anyone feel the need or entitlement to point out that a person is fat?Nobody likes to feel criticized. Our society is strongly biased about obesity and perceives it as a defect or a personal fault. An epidemic that needs to be eradicated. Some people seem to feel that it’s okay to actually hate someone for being overweight. To that end, it’s become hugely insulting to point out that a person is fat. It reeks of judgement, criticism, meanness and even an offense in line with a racial slur. Also, it’s no one’s business. Even without malicious intent, there’s no “polite” way, or reason for that matter, to tell someone they’re fat.We all have things about ourselves we’d like to change. When it’s a character flaw we can try to shelter it from the world, keep it hidden and safe. Or, at least less obvious. Body weight isn’t one of them. We wear our relationship to our body right out in the open. It’s extremely personal, but there’s no way to keep it discretely to ourselves.People who are self-conscious about being overweight feel it everyday. Why do feel the need to “inform” them?

Do you know any fat people that lie about when they ate last just so they think they can eat more?

Like my dad is literally starting to be disgusting to eat around because he will eat 4-5x more than the average person does and MOANS while eating. God I hate fat people! Like I am 17 years old, 6 foot 4 inches, and weigh 180lbs and not even I could come close to eating that much and its so nasty listening to fat people eat. Then he will say "Oh boy I haven't eaten since last nite!" And he's said that before even though he just ate 4 or 5 fast food sanwhiches 2 hours before. I can't stand fat people! UGH! And I have to listen to him breathe through his nose because he doesn't understand the fact that you can actually take breaths in between bites.

Ok I am done with my b*tching about fat people...feel free to add any comments and get your 2 easy points... :)

Do Japanese really hate fat people ?

The Japanese national sport is Sumo wrestling, they can't hate all fat people can they.

There are some celebrities out there who are also on the "heavy" side of things.

I don't think it is necessarily true that all Japanese people feel "disgusted" when they see fat or over weight people.
Most will probably feel nothing or indifferent if they saw someone like that. No more then someone else in any other country would, I would imagine.
