Teen Girls: Do you own a designer bag?

Well, my bag was designed by someone, so technically it is a designer bag.
Jk lol. No I don't.

What designer bag should I buy?

I have been saving some money and finally have enough for a design bag. I was looking at Michael Kors and some bags I liked. I was looking at the Jet Set Travel Medium Saffino Leather Tote, the Jet Set Top-zip Saffino tote and the Jet Set Logo Tote. I am also unsure about color. I have lots of black bags, but I feel that goes best. I wanted a brown maybe the luggage color. I wear a grey coat for the winter and a black coat for the fall. I'm not sure if brown goes with those colors. I need a bag that can fit an iPad, 2 notebooks, a bottle of water, and my makeup case. Please I'm looking for suggestions. Thanks

I went to a flea market and found designer handbags for an extremely low price--Authentic or not? how to tell?

Ok I bought a Coach purse, a Louis Vuitton Purse, and a Christian Dior purse at a flea market. How can I tell if these are authentic? There were several different kinds of purses and several copies of each.

They have tags still on them with the name and serial #'s on them, and they have the designer logos stamped inside, and on the zippers, and they have little cards inside them with the brand names on them and little dust bags with the names on them. They look great!!

But I need to know if they are authentic or not because I would like to sell them on Ebay but I dont want to sell fake purses so I need to know how I can find out if they're real or not. Please help?

How can I find a supplier of replica designer handbags?

I have a friend who started her own online business selling replica designer handbags and has been doing great! I would love to start my own but I need a good supplier. My friend's supplier doesn't want anymore clients otherwise I would use her. She found her supplier pretty much by accident. This isn't exaclty something you can look up easliy so I was wondering if anyone had any advice?

So yeah, if anyone has some advice that would be great.

No rude comments please!

Where to look for discounted/wholesale or fake designer bags in dc?

there aren't many stores in dc that carry them (absolutely none in chinatown) it's more of a vendors market here. You can check out georgetown (but for some reason.... the prices are ridiculous there.... maybe because they swear the bags are real and they are "hooking you up..... lmao).

you can also checkout downtown near "The Shops" and Macy's. They are cheaper than Georgetown.... but still a little pricey.

for the best bargin on knockoffs, you have to travel east of the H street bridge. There is sometimes a vendor on 8th & H street, There's one who is set up everyday near 4th and rhode island ne (directly in front of the suntrust bank, next to the mc donalds. On the weekends there is another vendor that sets up in rhode Island ave shopping center (right next to rhode island ave metro) he's always in the same spot directly infront of CVS, Payless and Popeye's. And also on the weekends you can check out Florida Ave Market (6th and Florida Ave.) They have an open air market with about 50 different vendors..... and atleast 30 of them carry knock off bags among other things. (this way you can shop around and do a little bargining all in one place). and last but not least, there's a store called "mr. Pocketbook" in Ivy City ( on Mt. Olive rd & W. Va ave) Im not sure of the hours, because it's been a long time since i went there.

I know they have some vendors in Southeast also.... but I wouldn't suggest going there. You could leave in a bag... instead of with one (it's dangerous on that side of town).

Hope this information helped you. Happy shopping.

14 years old, should i wear purses?

Hey there :) I don't think 14 is too young to be wearing a purse! They're essential for carrying around all your things! I say, if you're worried you're too young for a purse, or you don't know if you're ready for one or whatever, don't get one and spend the money just because the other girls have them. It really is up to you and your personal feelings on when you're ready for one. Since you don't really have much to put in the purse, why not start off with a wristlet? They're small, but big enough (if that makes sense) for your money, tissues, phone and a few other small items. Places like Forever 21, Target, etc. have really cute ones, and they aren't very expensive. Once you get used to carrying a wristlet around, move onto a clutch for a formal occasion, and then a purse. Here are some links to some really cute wristlets! :D

http://www.target.com/s?searchTerm=wristlet&category=0%7CAll%7Cmatchallany%7Call+categories (Target has a range of plain, patterned, sparkly and fun wristlets at great prices!)

As far as what to put in a purse when you eventually get one, I would say your phone, iPod or MP3 player, tissues, a small bag to put your 'personal' items in (if you know what I mean ;) some mints or gum, a notepad and a pen, a small calculator, your actual wallet, a brush, etc. You should speak to your Mom about this! She knows you better than we do, and she'll tell you if she thinks you're too young or not. As they say, Mom's know best! <3

Don't worry about what those other people say, sweetie. If you feel you're ready for one, get a purse. It's JUST a purse. It's not an inappropriate piece of clothing or whatever. Good luck, and I hope you find a really cute purse that matches your style! Hope I helped! <3
