Have Cons Ever Seen The

What are the pros and cons of being a FEMALE delivery driver? And why are all there no female drivers??

Probably just for safety reasons. A lot of women (me included!) would be scared of getting raped and/or mugged and might have no way to defend themselves. They don't know who is going to be at the door when they are opening it, it's probably a lot of times for safety reasons!

What are the pros and cons of being depressed?

Pros:You become more observant. As you learn to cope with your depression and realize how your actions affect people, you begin to notice the feelings and actions of others. This makes you more considerate and understanding as you know what it’s like to go through a hard time.Going with number 1, it makes you more compassionate and empathetic. I’ve learned to treat people kinder as I know how powerful words can be, negative or positive. You become a better listener. Despite your own issues and problems, you’ll learn that you aren’t the only one, and it makes you feel happier when you can listen and help other people out.Cons:You will be absolutely miserable. Suicidal thoughts. Negative self-image. Low self-esteem. Wanting to hurt yourself. These are all things you have to learn to deal with, and it isn’t easy or simple. It sucks. You will be jealous of other people. Going with your low self-esteem is that you won’t be able to handle anyone else’s success as it makes you feel worse about yourself.Loneliness, anger, and deep sadness will be your constant companion. Here’s what I would say to you: Depression is not a positive thing; any pros that may come out of it do not make up for the absolute awfulness of depression. However, I think it can also make you a better person, and once you learn to cope, you’ll be stronger for it. These are all pros and cons that I’ve seen in myself, so this may not apply to everyone. Take it with a grain of salt.

What are some of the pros and cons of farmers’ market shopping?

ConsMarkets open often 1 day a week and than only for 4 to 6 hours and usually not year roundMarkets can have resellers (always check to see if it is a growers only market)Outdoor markets are effected by weatherLike other food venues only 10% two 15% of the food will be grown Organically. never assume since it is at the FM it is Organic, that would be a wrong assumption.ProsMarkets sell really fresh food, produce is often harvested less than a day before it is soldYou can find rare varieties of food/ For example, 50+ varieties of heirloom tomatoes that you will never ever see at a grocery store75% The money you spend at a farmers market will stay in the local economy and it directly helps farmers/small business people (as FM always have more than just produce growers, there should also be bakers, potters, soap makers, etc..)You get to meet real farmers and other artisansThe vendors generally know a lot about what they are selling as they grew or made it. have questions? Just ask and we will talk your ear offFM’s are great places to meet and greet people. The social aspect of the farmers market is one of my favorite things about them and why I have been a vendor at various FM for 24 yearsMost are taking SNAP/WIC/Food Stamps and often at a 2 for 1. This makes them incredible places for the poor to get really nutritious food, often at half price (the 2 for 1 is not available everywhere, sadly ads these are usually local grants given by hospitals and other philanthropic entities)

What are the pros and cons of washing rice?

I've seen my mom wash rice since I was younger and I now wash my rice because I saw her do it, and even saw Martha Stewart wash rice on her show once. Then I saw one of my aunts throw rice in the pot without washing it and thought, "why?"....so what are the pros and cons as to why people wash or don't wash rice?

POLL: Pros and cons of being a nudist?

Why are people scared of ex-cons?

Thats a good question. My oldest son just got out of prison after 8 years. He is trying to find work but when people find out he was in prison, they don't want to give him a chance. He is an amazing artist and does tatoo work like nobody I've ever seen. And it seems those are the only places that will even consider him. Its sad really, he has a heart of gold and would do almost anything I ask him to do. He just got into some trouble running with the wrong people and had to pay the price. But he will probably always carry this big sign with him the rest of his life saying "I am an ex-con". It's not visible, but its very just the same. OK, so he was in prison, not for anything violent, but, he does still have a heart and feelings. I can understand peoples emotions on this. And I know there are all different levels of "cons". But why not just be polite and keep your opinions to yourself.
