Have I Finished Growing

Have I finished growing?

I initially thought how old is this person? However in all reality we never finish growing up. Everyday is a constant re invention of ones self.

How do I know when I've finished growing?

I know it's asked a lot and I've been looking through a ton of answers but haven't seen any one specific to me... I'm turning 17 in 2 weeks and I haven't grown since I was 13ish. I hit puberty quite early I think... 12 if I remember right. I was above average height wise going into middle school but since then I haven't grown at all... I just came back to school from the Summer break, last year of High School, and I've noticed most of the guys I used to speak to have grown some bit, one guy who was even smaller than me by an inch or two is now 6 foot.

I'm 5' 7" and I was told I'd get a growth spurt or something at around 16 but after that the bones fuse or something. I want to be at least 5' 10", like my dad. I feel quite small compared to everyone in school and I even though I don't look it, I'm the smallest in my class (because compared to the people who've recently shot up out of nowhere I'm more stocky).

So unless I grow within these next 2 weeks is that it? Is this gonna be my height?

How Will I Know If I Finished Growing?

Well usually the body stops growing when you turn 18.
Yeah dude its alright dont worry about your height.
I was just like you. I was the tiniest kid around in school up until the ending of my Freshman year in high school.
I basically had a rapid growth spert, i went from 5'4 to 5'10 in just one Summer. You grow when your at rest. But im not saying if you sleep a lot you'll grow taller. I was just extremely tired all the time and i thought it was my body just being a teenager, but my body was just getting bigger and i didnt realize i was getting bigger until i went back to school to start my Sophomore year ive only grown a little bit ever since and im starting my Junior year in high school in September.

When will my boobs finish growing??

Hello! I am a doctor.
There are many factors that influence the breasts development and the most important of all is the genetics. Your breasts are probably going to be similar of other women of your family. What I recomend now is that you should go to your doctor to check if you are having a normal development. Doctors have some scales to mesure if your development is normal based on your physical exame...

Is there a way to tell if your boobs have finished growing?

I have pretty small boobs and I got my period last january. I'm around a 32A and it bothers me how everyone in my family is around a B cup like wtf. I do have a gluten sensitivity which might've stunted my growth so I'm thinking jeez did it to that to my boobs too? If not how can I tell if my boobs are done growing?

Will I grow any taller or am I finished growing, if I’m 14?

Whether you are male or female, you most certainly still have some growing to do. It just won’t necessarily be much.Females tend to have a long, gradual growth spurt at the beginning of puberty, starting at age 10 and coming to a halt at age 12, after which they are almost at their final height. They may pick up an additional few inches through their teens, to settle at a final height around 17. I’d say there is between half a ruler and a full ruler’s difference between a female’s height at 12 at at 17.Males tend to have two sudden, fast growth spurts, one at the beginning and one at the end of their puberty. In general the first one takes place between the ages of 13 and 15, and the second one 17 to 21. If you are a male and you have not yet had a growth spurt, you’re probably due to have one any time now. If you have already had one and it’s not to your satisfaction, don’t worry- you’ll probably shoot up while in college.Remember to have 8–9 hours of sleep every night, get your calcium, magnesium and iron in, and work some exercise into your week (even if it’s just a long walk or a hike). Environmental factors can stunt your growth slightly, so it’s important to live healthily if you want to reach your full growing potential.

I've been the same height for 5-6 months, have I finished growing yet? I'm a male, 17 and 2 months.?

As long as you have a good diet you'll grow,
Also due to the genes as well, tall parents/grandparents increase likelihood of you being tall.
Age is also a factr, women usually stop growing in height by 15-17, men by 17-19
But of course, this varies and you could finish before or after these ages, just be patient and you'll soon see, don't measure yourself to often or it'll seem like your not growing at all
