Have You Heard That Lipo Shots For Weight Loss Really Work

Shots that make you lose weight?

Here's part of an article I looked up (make your search engine your best friend) that is referring to hCG and B-12 as injectable weight loss aids. See the source link for the whole thing:

"Are They Effective?
In a word, no. While hCG was once a very popular weight loss medication in the United States, in 1976, it became illegal to promote the drug as effective for weight loss. Since then, continued research, including one recent article published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has warned against the use of hCG for weight loss, claiming that it is not effective. Vitamin B-12, while generally good for you in multivitamin form, has also not been proven effective for controlling weight, nor has it been FDA-approved as an injection for weight loss. As for lipotropic injections, there appears to be very little scientific research published on its use as a weight loss aid."

If it were that easy, there wouldn't be many fat people in the US (at least not ones with money and/or health insurance). I WISH there were a shortcut...I fight to keep my weight under control every day and will do so until the day I leave this earth. There just is no effective and long term weight loss method other than eating right and exercising.

Do lipotropic injections really work and worth paying for?

I've heard they DO work from some and that they DONT from others. It is something you are going to have to research throroughly before going through with.

Has anyone tryed b12 and lipo shots from Dr. Fisher?

A B12 shot does not help you lose weight. Are you B12 deficient? The only reason to take a B12 shot is if you have low levels of B12.

Do Vitamin B12 injections help you to lose weight ?

yes b12 can help you lose weight
and i have lost about 6 pounds using it.
now here's the thing.
you haft to have about 1200cc of b12 to lose the weight and you can't stop exercising everyday, and your body will need a brake from all the body intake for one or two days a week. like stop your diet on Sundays but over do it,and stop taking the pills(b12) and start the healing, just watch what you eat and drink and don't over do it on the weekends.
hope this helps you

How do fermented foods aid weight loss?

After some research, I came to realize fermented foods were not only good for me from a health perspective, but also had the potential to be an ally for people who want to lose weight. Why does fermentation help with weight loss? The jury is still out on how beneficial fermentation is for weight loss, but the theory is that fermentation of food preserves the enzymes and probiotics that are in the food. These enzymes and probiotics can increase your energy levels and keep your digestive system balanced. Eating food that is fermented can also decrease your desire for sugary foods that are high in carbohydrates. And everyone knows that eating less sugar is a great way to reduce the number of calories you consume. A 2011 study in the academic journal Nutrition Research reported that people who regularly ate kimchi (a Korean fermented food) weighed less and had lower blood pressure than people who did not eat kimchi regularly. What foods are fermented? There are many foods that are fermented. Some are good for weight loss and others…well, not so much. Fermented foods that are good for weight loss include yogurt, some cheeses, yeast breads made with whole grains, kefir, sauerkraut, and wine (in moderation). If you are trying to lose weight you probably should skip loading up on fermented foods such as beer, miso, pickles, and tempeh.Do store-bought fermented foods work?Unfortunately not all fermented foods are created equal. Many commercially fermented foods, like pickles, are pasteurized during the manufacturing process, which kills beneficial enzymes and probiotics. Bummer, I know. Like many people, I am too busy to ferment a lot of foods myself, so I take advantage of store-bought foods that are fermented naturally, such as organic yogurt and cheeses, natural sauerkraut, and organic kefir. If you’re like me you may need to rely primarily on store-bought fermented foods. Maybe someday I will ferment some vegetables in a mason jar and see how it goes. But in the meantime, adding fermented foods into your daily eating plan is easy to do. If you already eat yogurt, you are doing a good thing. Just make sure it is organic and has live active yogurt cultures in it. You can find kefir in health food stores, and some specialty stores sell freshly fermented vegetables.

Can a doctor remove 50-60 pounds out of me with liposuction?

It depends on what state you are living in but it is also affected by your body weight. There is no official mandate that dictates what the limitations of fat extraction should be but the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has recommended a 5 liter limit for each procedure, but again this can be superseded by individual state policy. Most doctor will follow this rule but patients can simply split the procedure in 2 different visits as a way to safely bypass the limitation. Here is the official ASPS release about this matter:How Much Liposuction Is 'Safe'? The Answer Varies by Body Weight
