Headset No Sound Right Ear

My left ear can hear more sound on earphones than right. Am i going deaf ?

To restore your sound issue, take a lightly bristled clean toothbrush. You can then carefully brush the larger opening of the Ear pod. Then, (bear with me) suck the bigger opening till you can believe you're causing air to come through. Then, brush. This should fix your issue. The principal reason why this has occurred is ears with an excessive quantity of wax which melts to the ear bud.But we can let you look at a few other things first. Perhaps your left-right audio equilibrium setting on your phone/audio participant is off and you do not understand it was put that way.Perhaps you just got used to the left ear buds being feeble. Maybe there is something wrong with the contacts or match on your headphone socket. Perhaps you will need to visit the doctor and get it checked. Why does less sound come out of left headphones/earbuds?

First you should make sure where the issue comes from. Try another set of headphones. If they work well the issue is with the phones if it does not the issue is with the player or the phone.Once you reach a conclusion where the issue is you can find if the problem is with the balance of the phone or player or with the female plug of the player or if it is some sort of software issue. If you found out the issue comes from the phones you either have a cable issue as was pointed out by another user or you have one of the loudspeakers on the hedphones that is no longer working properly. You can try measuring the impedance of each loudspeaker at the plug and compare them.

USB headset, Sound to Speakers?

Ok, so I was dumb and blew out one side of my USB headset, so the sound kills my right ear, I was wondering how to make the sound come out of my speakers and still use the microphone on the headset.

Turtle Beach Headset PX21: Sound only coming from one ear?

I have had my turtle beach headset for a little under a year now, and it has worked well up until now, but today the right ear gave no sound. I unplugged the cords, reset my ps3 and no luck. I also plugged it into my iPod and my computer and it has the same problem. Is there any way to fix it?

Turtle Beach X1, No sound from left ear muff?

If you get stereo sound from you computer, the headset has to be good. You TV could have a bad connector for the headset, a bad driver for the headset output, or it could only put out mono sound.

Logitech G35 Gaming headset noise in left ear?

I recently purchased a Logitech G35 gaming headset and it works just fine and everything except for one little annoyance.

When i have no sound playing through them i can hear a faint sound constantly coming from the left ear (one with microphone attached to it) and it almost sounds like the old dial up sound when trying to connect to the internet, but not exactly as that's the best descriptor i can think of.

It doesn't affect the sound from anything that I've noticed so far but i just notice it all the time when there's no noise playing to cover it up. Any ideas? Thanks!

Why is my right earbud quieter than the left?

First determine if the problem is the earbud. If you haven't already, try switching earbuds, so the right bud is in the left ear and the left bud is in your right ear. If your right ear still sounds quiet, see an ear doctor because the problem is you, not the headphones. Actually you will probably need to see your GP first, as the ear specialist most likely won’t see you without a referral. But if the right ear hears louder than the left now, it's not you. Try a different set of headphones. If the sound is now balanced, get new headphones. They are too cheap these days to be worth your time. And even if you had detailed instructions, it might prove too hard for you anyway. However, if the new headphones have the same problem, then nothing is wrong with your earbud. Check the balance on your player and adjust it until the two earbuds sound equally loud. Also, be aware that sometimes certain CD ROM players (the ones in your computer) might actually not play some tracks. It's been may years since I noticed the problem, so it would have to be an older system and equipment, but Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club once refused to play the track which had, among other things, the lead singer's vocals. Not a small glitch! So try listening to a different player if you can. That will tell you all you need to know.

My iPhone has no sound out of speaker?

When you adjust the volume without earphones plugged in, does the volume control thingy still say "headset"? If it does, both me & my roommate have had this problem with our iPhones. It means something is lodged inside the headset socket & it's making the phone think your earphones are plugged in when they're not. In our case it was water. What we did was blow air into the headset socket with a hairdryer until it worked normally again. If it doesn't work right away, just keep blowing. If it doesn't work, there might be something else stuck in it. I read somewhere that you're supposed to plug the earphones in & out repeatedly really fast & it shows the iPhone the difference or something, but alot of people commented on that post saying it didn't work. Worth a try though? If it doesn't say "headset" when the volume is being adjusted & there's still no sound, maybe there is something wrong with the speakers?
