Why is it so difficult to maintain regular exercise and healthy eating?

Glib and unhelpful answer - it's not.Slightly better answer - chances are you're doing it for the wrong reasons. I love being athletic, and aspiring to realise the upper bounds of what the human body is capable of. You are an incredible machine, and most people never even come close to realising how strong, fast, powerful they could become. If you look around, you will see a population that is sick, miserable and out of shape. What's more, it gets worse every generation. I'm doing my best to remove myself from that, and that's what keeps me off the couch and making an effort to fuel my body properly.In short, your reason may not be the same as mine but you need to find out what it is and use as your inspiration on bad days (which will happen). I will leave the recommendation of specifics to other people, since I only have experience experimenting with myself.

Am I mentally healthy or not if I keep having conversation with myself?

In my opinion, I should share talks with others, such as your friends,your teachers, your sisters or brothers…You know what! When you share talk with others, you can reduce stress, feel better when someone listen to you.. and your mentality and moral also develop in a good, because other people can give you many advices or instructions for your daily life problems. You can not handle everything coming to you by your own. you need other people, and vise versa. The simple way to talk with others is working together, I think it’s a best solution for making people connected, and you, as a part of community, should join yourself to help and work with others. I think you are not mentally healthy, you can just feel alone or have some problems that you can not find a right answer, just talk to your friends or your parent, they will give a better solution than you expected. Be busy and active, find happiness and smile in everything you do, you can and will see another good world. God bless you!!

sleep early , wake up earlyeat well. Eat responsible. Responsibly as in, with a thought for nurturing your future kids and taking care of your parents .make your lifestyle healthy. Workout everyday.set short term goals . Work towards them everyday.Indulge in a productive hobby . Be it browsing the internet , going out , or even travelling .Learn something new everyday. Download a good dictionary app in your phone. The moment you find a word you don't know the meaning of , search it. Improve your vocabulary.Keep your home neat n tidy. Help your mother. Share the household responsibility with your father , be it getting groceries.Give time to your siblings. Talk to them about their issues.Learn to save money.Learn to cook. You never know when and where you'd be thrown off if you plan to study work away from home.Study your ass off.

How can I maintain a relationship with a girl who lives far away from me?

Communication.As well as complete acceptance of the infrequency of the times you'll be able to see her in person. Both of you gotta accept this and be ok with it, I feel that many times when I hear someone has had issues with long distance it's because one or the other person feels lonely or unfulfilled and so they start looking for the missing pieces from people who aren't so far away from them.Keep up with each other. Talk with each other as often as you'd want to if you were close in distance, but it's best to not let it interfere with friends and work or school in your real life- keep a good healthy balance!If you love each other and have something you think is really special, you'll be able to pull through.

Is it animal cruelty for a golden retriver to live outside in the winter?

The main question: Is she warm outside? It is animal cruelty if she is sitting outside shaking- otherwise, no.
We have outside dogs, and they were outside in similar conditions (heated water bowl, insulated shelter) with our temps reaching 45 below with windchill here in Wisconsin. We went out to check the dogs and they pulled all of the hay outside of their insulated house because they were too warm in that cold of weather!
As long as the dogs are used to it and have a sufficent coat, it is no problem. I don't know where you live, but I live in rural wisconsin and most of the dogs are outside farm or hunting dogs. Our dogs (border collie mix and a pitbull/husky/shepard mutt) hate being inside, whether in the garage or house- they will whine by the door constantly.

I am sick of people complaining about one thing or another because they think they are right- and every other way is wrong. Legally- animal control said that you are ok, so you are. Ignore your neighbors. You really shouldn't care what they think. I have met people who do not even want their horse outside at all when it gets colder (below 30s)- which means that the poor animal sits in a stall all day (which I think is pretty cruel) and the horse goes nuts.
