Heartburn Tight Chest Chest Pain Increased Heart Rate Jaw Pain

What does heart-related chest pain feel like?

+ Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes.
+ Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck or arms. The pain may be mild to intense. It may feel like pressure, tightness, burning, or heavy weight. It may be located in the chest, upper abdomen, neck, jaw, or inside the arms or shoulders
+ Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath
+ Anxiety, nervousness and/or cold, sweaty skin
+ Paleness or pallor
+ Increased or irregular heart rate
+ Feeling of impending doom.
Not all of these signs occur in every attack. Sometimes they go away and return. If some occur, get help fast. IF YOU NOTICE ONE OR MORE OF THESE SIGNS IN YOURSELF OR OTHERS, DON'T WAIT (an electrocardiogram to discover any abnormalities caused by damage to the heart)

Heart muscle pain - angina - is likely to be the first warning of blocked coronary arteries, the cause of most heart attacks. While there are no infallible guidelines about whether a chest pain is heart-related, it generally takes a particular form. Heart discomfort is rarely a sharp, stabbing pain. The textbook description of angina is a feeling of heaviness, pressure, tightness or aching in the chest, usually accompanied by shortness of breath. The pain generally goes away when you stop exerting yourself, and it frequently isn't especially severe, which is, perhaps, unfortunate. Even a heart attack may not be unbearably painful at first, permitting its victim to delay seeking treatment for as much as four to six hours after its onset. By then, the heart may have suffered irreversible damage. Angina is a protest from the heart muscle that it isn't getting enough oxygen because of diminished blood supply. A heart attack is simply the most extreme state of oxygen deprivation, in which whole regions of heart muscle cells begin to die for lack of oxygen.

What is the difference between the pain in chest arise from gastric and pain from heart attack or heart disease?

Heart attack is caused when one of the arteries carrying blood from the heart becomes blocked and angina is also a similar chest pain that is caused by narrowing of arteries due to heart disease. On the other hand, heartburn or gastric pain is a burning pain that is often felt in upper belly or lower chest and it is caused by GERD (acid reflux). The main differences between the symptoms of heart attack and heartburn are:1. Heartburn often happens after eating a meal with a severe pain, although heart attack can also happen after a meal.2. The pain caused by heartburn can be relieved with medicines that you can take at home while the pain caused by heart attack can’t be relieved with any medicine unless you go to the doctor.3. Heartburn doesn’t cause the symptom of breathlessness while it is a major symptom of heart attack.4. Heart attack doesn’t cause the bloating or belching which are common symptoms of heartburn. The conditions, heart attack and heartburn can be similar. If you are in doubt whether the pain is due to heart attack or if the symptoms are different from heartburn then you need to immediately call the doctor because if it is a heart attack then prompt medical care can save your life.

Headache/Chest Pain/Upset Stomach?

Your chest pain is caused by pinched muscles in your back for the muscles there often send the pain around your body on the nerves for it to manifest itself as rib, chest or heart pains. When the muscles in your back tighten up they will make it hard to take a breath as the muscles won't allow the ribs to expand to get a breath in. Your upset stomach is caused by tight muscles that ended up very close to the nerves for the organs as they leave the spine. When the muscles touch the nerves it causes that organ to act up or go into pain. You can have the muscles touching the stomach nerves which makes the stomach release more gastric acid into itself to cause a burning sensation there. This also causes your bowels to evacuate as the body is trying to get rid of what is paining it. To get rid of these pains you have to free up the muscles in your back and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Your headache is caused by tight neck muscles. They go to the top of your head for its movements. When the muscles are tight up there they pull on other muscles to surround your brain with pain, your headache. To get rid of this pain you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I've been having chest pains, what's wrong?

I'm starting to get worried I may have signs of heart disease or something (probably worrying to much). When I'm resting my heart beats slow and heavy (don't think its dangerous), I also have pains in my chest sometimes, sometimes it hurts so bad I can't breathe (its rare that it hurts this bad) sometimes my head goes numb (right above my right eye) I'm tired all the time, unless I'm walking around (probably sleeping to much), when I was working today, I felt a sharp pain, it wasn't unbearable, but it was on my left side, underneath my arm, right around the area of the heart, I also felt pain right on top of it to, but it was like a burning sensation, not really painful at all, and just about 10 mins ago My jaw started to ache on the left side, not like a tooth ache or anything, but just a normal headache (could this be from straiin). What in the hell is going on with my body? I've had the chest pains for months (I think its stress related) but everything else is new to me. My heart rate doesn't seem to speed up like it use to if I hold my breath either, it speeds up and slows down. Can someone help?

In complete terms.

Sharp stabbing pain in the left breastbone underneath the arm right by the heart (not seriously painful but noticeable, also no loss of breath).
Sharp stabbing pain in front of the heart, again, not really dehibilating pain but enough where you can't ignore it.
Chest pains in the middle of the chest (Most likely from stress).
Pain only noticeable if I breathe in deeply.
