How do you bring life back to dry, damaged, curly hair?

The answer to all this problem is "moisture moisture moisture". Curly hair is naturally dry hair so you have to keep feeding them with moisture regularly. Here are few things you can follow to keep it healthy and manageable.Keep your  hair well moisturized using good products that are silicone and sulfate free. How to Tame Curly Hair Frizz?

'Ello, lovlies. I am a very low maintence person with little to no money. :) (no allowance) I like my curly hair but i have to moderate problems.
1) The top of my hair doesnt curl as much
2) i get FRIZZ!!

Im wondering whats cheap simple easy effective things i can do that take very little time to achieve. Hahahah dont mean to sound so peaky, really anything will do!!!

I was born with straight hair, then it turned curly when I got older?

I was born with beautiful, soft straight and curly hair but as i got older it lost the straigthness and became kind of wavyish. My guess is that when your hair changed when you went through puberty. I am sorry to say you can't really get that back. If you want to shave your head go ahead an ddo that but you are going to regret it it will just grow back even curlier. You can try getting a perm that will make your hair straight for a few months but that will damage yout hair. I just have to say suck it up and straighten your with a flat iron.
If you wan to help the condition of your hair follow some of these steps
Eat high-quality protein foods. Eggs are a good source as long as you don't have cholesterol problems.
Eat grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Make sure your diet is composed of 50 percent fresh fruits and vegetables.
Add sulfur- and silicon-rich foods to diet. Onions, broccoli, fish and sea vegetables are all good sources.
Eat food rich in biotin, such as brewer's yeast, brown rice and soybeans.
Sprinkle ground flaxseed on your cereal. It provides essential fatty acids.
Eat foods high in B vitamins.
Use hot oil treatments every other week and don't wash your hair everyday then you will be washing away the natural oils in your hair. Speaking of oils use oils like jojoba oil, olive oil, and many others and massage them on your scalp. But be careful and test the oil on a your skin before putting it on your scalp. If it turns red and starts irritating you do not use it.
Massage the oil of arnica, marigold, rosemary and southernwood into the scalp. It is very useful in hair loss.
I Wish You All The Luck In The World
