Heehe Dressing My Dog Up In A Halloween Costume Is That

Halloween Costume Help 13 year old?????

It all depends on what category you want.

I'll oversimplify by breaking it into 4 categories and giving you a few ideas in each:

Scary-- zombie, executioner, Scream, werewolf. Yes, girls can wear scary costumes. It's a lot of fun and many costumes prevent anyone from telling if someone is a girl or a guy, which can be a lot of fun, and she can scare people.

Beautiful-- fairy, princess, rock star, gypsy, belly dancer, genie. These can vary greatly, but all can allow for major wearage of make-up and glitter and jewelry, so they're loads of fun for girls who want everyone to ooh and aah over how pretty they are, or girls who think they're not so pretty.

Scary Beautiful-- vampiress, zombie cheerleader, witch, evil pixie. These can be played either way and can be scary even when looking gorgeous. This, of course, is a lot of fun because everyone is impressed with the beauty and a bit afraid, too.

Other-- I'm lumping other ideas in one category. They are a lot of different kinds, like movie characters, tv characters, book characters, and other stuff in general. The Bride from Kill Bill, Josie from Josie and the Pussycats (this works best if she works with 2 other girls and each wears rock style clothes and leopard ears), Buffy from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Xena from Xena: Warrior Princess, Arwen the Elf, the Queen from the Chronicles of Narnia, a Ninja, some form of animal (cat, dog, bunny), or something off-the-wall like a computer or a wedge of cheese.

All this will depend, of course, on what type of costume she would like from among these types. Happy Halloween!

I'm going to be a witch for halloween and i would like my boyfriend's costume to coordinate?

If you're a wicked witch then he could be Dorothy....if he's got enough guts or he could be the good witch and you could be the green faced wicked witch. Otherwise he could be Toto the dog. He could also be any goblin, walking dead or other thing that the witch has "conjured up" to protect her from other evils on Halloween night and escort her to Halloween parties.

Do you dress your dog?

yes i do dress my dog ... i do not dress her in the summer because it is too hot but where i live in canada it is cold more than hot ... i started dressing her to cover a disgusting tumor that random strangers could not shut the **** up about when i would walk her ... i put her in a t-shirt and no tumor seen, and it was back to smiles all around ... the tumor has been excised but she does not mind wearing a t-shirt or hoodie ... and if this is abuse, please call the police:

http://i390.photobucket.com/albums/oo349... - if she was overheated, why would she crawl under a blanket wearing a t-shirt ???

and you are not very educated on dogs, my dog has a very thin coat in which she will shiver when out in colder weather ... but if i throw a jacket on her she can stay out and play for hours ... so yes, some dogs other than hairless ones can benefit from clothing ...

What are some fun things to do for a Halloween party?

Hey! So I already know music and dancing but honestly....if no one does any dancing its not going to be any fun.. I want people to dress up.. The ages are from 14-17 yr olds. I just want to know what are something to do with a group of people....that come from all races i might note!...but if you have any ideas (fun ideas)...plz get back at me!...thanx!

What are some stories that are really funny or hilarious but actually have a deeper meaning within?

Once a king wanted to encourage the prosperity of his family. The king asked his Rajrishi (Astrologer) to write something down that could encourage the prosperity of his family for years to come. Rajrishi was the person who tells about the future, talks about graha and nakshtra. Now, the Rajrishi was in trouble. He spent many days to get an idea. Somehow, he got the chance to read the holy book- Bhagwad Geeta. After reading the song of god, he got enlightened. On a large piece of paper, the Rajrishi wrote, "Father dies, son dies, grandson dies."The king became angry when he saw the large piece of paper. He quickly ordered to his Senapati (Army Cheif) to bring the Rajrishi in front of him. Rajrishi was very confident. He entered into the King's palace without any fear. The king said angrily,"I asked you to write something down that could bring happiness and prosperity to my family. Why do you write these depressing lines?"The Rajrishi replied confidently,"If your son die before you, this would bring unbearable grief to your family. If your grandson die before your son, this also would bring great sorrow. If your family, generation after generation, disappears in the order I have described, it will be the natural course of life. This is true happiness and prosperity."

Grown ups trick or treating?

We always go all out for Halloween for the children because less and less homes in the area are doing Halloween now . The last few year we have had several 30/40 year old women with their toy dogs wanting candy. I feel like handing them old pennies ( remember getting those) . I don't even mind older teen's trick or treating but to me there is something wrong with grown women competing with 5 year old's for candy and saying its for a dog. Is there something weird about this

How long did it take you to become proficient at sewing?

How long did it take you to become proficient at sewing?Short answer: Hand-sewing, probably a few months. Sewing by machine, about the same amount of time. In both cases, though, I am still learning new tricks and techniques ALL the time. Now that I’ve gotten the answer out of the way, indulge me for a moment as I wax nostalgic on the project that launched a lifetime of sewing.I taught myself to sew by hand when I was eight years old. I followed diagrams in craft books and magazines, notably Family Circle’s Weekend Crafts sampler binder.Image courtesy of yours truly! This edition was published in 1990, and still occupies a place of pride in my childhood room.Back in the day, pre- Jo-Ann’s Fabrics in the United States, there was House of Fabrics. In the aisles, they would have these sampler pages with various projects. And in little print on the back, they’d invite you to mail them for additional project ideas… which then spiraled into “for a limited time, you can receive a whole binder of exciting projects to beautify your home! Only $29.95 plus s&h!” and so on.I was an impressionable child. Anyway. The doll pattern that started it all!Note how crumpled the page is. I made quite a few dolls, sewn by hand, using this pattern! I learned SO much from this experience. I’d spend at least two or three hours a day after school working on my dolls, speeding through my homework so I could have uninterrupted time to sew.Years later, in high school, we were given the opportunity to complete additional projects for extra credit in my English literature class. One of the projects was to create a short play of the Tale of King Arthur.WELL.Those endless hours of sewing resulted in a (if I do say so myself, and I do… hehe) pretty awesome Arthurian love triangle. And, all these years later (thanks Mom!), they’ve held up quite well.My critical eye sees where improvements can be made. For instance, I gave them knee joints, but they can’t bend at the waist. Or the fact that I can see the thread that connects the embroidered eyes. But then I remind myself how much love I put into these dolls, how beautiful they still look today, and also how far I’ve come since then! I can draft my own patterns, and make plush dolls from them. I can make my own clothes!Eight-year-old me would be so impressed.

My 15 year old son purchased a body pillow with an anime character, without my permission. What do I do?

What exactly is the problem here? Your son is 15 and buying a body pillow with anime character is not that much of a deal. Yes it can likely be a bit awkward if the character is under-dressed… but well. You are aware of the fact that anime is Japanese animation right? Unlike western animations where most are meant for kids.. teens are a perfectly normal target group to create cartoons for in Japan. Its essentially the same as teen tv series here in the west.. except there’s far less focus on ‘getting the girl’ or actually having sex or similar in anime (unless you choose adult categories that is and those are usually fairly easy to avoid) than in western series. While ‘teasing’ is normal (hence why I would not be surprised if the anime character is skimpily dressed).. actual sex or focus on that part of a relationship is less.. important. The characters may end up dating, overcome difficulties while dating, there may be an underlying sexual tension between the characters and so on.. but well - ultimately sex if of far less importance than western series meant for the same age group. Other than that its a body pillow. Outside of the image its just a pillow meant to sleep with (I’d have been far more concerned if it was an adult doll.. but even then he’s 15..).Now - if the problem is that he bought the pillow with your money.. thats a bigger concern. If he’s never had access before and he essentially stole money.. that’s theft and he needs to be grounded at the very least+. If you’ve knowingly and willingly given him access before and he had little to no reason to believe you might not want him to make this purchase.. well.. Simply ask him why he bought the pillow (can be for fun, because he wanted a body pillow, wanted comfort at night, because he liked it or other.. asking might be a good idea regardless). if he bought the pillow with his own money though.. Unless its highly inappropriate (in which case you should perhaps tell him to keep it covered) you should choose your battles. Given that he could come home drunk regularly, be using drugs, skip school or even drop out, watch a lot of porn, have made his girlfriend pregnant, joined a criminal gang, steal stuff and far far more.. well - a body pillow kind of seems like a silly thing to focus on. (at least unless he stole the money.. but then the pillow is the least of your problems)... Am assuming it looks something like this;Or this:And here’s how it can be used;

As a 12 year old girl and turning 13 next month, how do I tell my parents that it’s not a phase? I’m emo and dress in all black. I like listening to depressing music. My parents think it’s a phase and that I’ll get over it.

You know my parents thought for sure that my whole “leather jacket, desire to dye my hair crazy colors” thing at age 12 was a phase. I'm almost 23 now and my hair is back to its natural color for the first time in five years. I have leather jackets but have added in a bomber jacket to the standard, and a German trenchcoat from the cold war for the winter. It's okay dude. Parents and adults will think whatever and you'll think whatever and nobody will actually know who's right or wrong till we're all dead. It could be a very long phase - years and years. It could be short and you'll be done in five months. It could be a lifelong phase and end when you're chilling with earthworms and maggots. You don't have to convince people of who you are, except who you are in any given moment. The who you are right now isn't going to be who you are in five years - even if you dress and talk and act the same, you'll still be different because you'll have gone through more stuff and learned new things. That's a-okay. Just enjoy being the person you are right now, and let the rest sort itself out; you're not done with life yet, so it's okay to just relax about it.Carry on.
