Hello Guys I Just Want To Ask What Is The Price Of Safety And Health Training Courses In

How can I ask a girl if she arrived safely to her home?

If it's a date that ends late just say that you would like to make sure she gets home safely and asking she could text you when she gets home. If you don't demand it and don't do it too often, then you can avoid being being an overbearing, controlling twerp. In fact probably make a comment on how you aren't like that so that she can put down the red flag.Don't do it if it's still light outside. I personally (And a lot of my girl friends) find it patronising and controlling, if you ask out of kindness and love, then it is usually well received. The other option is to just send a text like:“Hope the journey home wasn't bad. Had a great time.”Or“Just wondering if you got home alright. Hope to see you soon!”Casual and genuine interest in the person's safety is needed. Nobody likes to be micromanaged.

Potential Job? Help me answer these please!!?

For the first question:
1)I would say environment -job duties, open-door policy, treating employees as the best assets i.e. continue training on job duties throughout career etc. room for upper mobility.
2) I would say benefits- I want a career not just a job so I would like a company that offers best benefits for me which includes but not limited to health, life, vision, flexible spending account, 401k, child care, affiliates discounts (car discounts, chocolates, etc.), yearly bonuses if any
3) I would say pay- competitive pay well within my skills and previous experience and be realistic something that can let you live your lifestyle (know your limits: big difference between something you want and something you are worth. don't be asking $70K when your experience does not correspond to your asking price. Negotiate your fees.

Remember you are selling yourself that you can do the job and more.

For your second question
I hope you have had the experience to back up the position you are applying for. You should be able to evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses. Sell your strength and mentioned at least one weakness that you can put a positive spin on it. For example: I have management skills and have prior Human resources experience as well. I was responsible for tracking employee benefits, understanding laws and regulations with regards to safety and security of the information provided by the employees. I have HRM experience and is more than capable of learning new software that deals with HR. I am a people person and I love to work hard. One of my weakness is I am a workaholic and I have to make sure that I find a balance between working hard and doing more than necessary. I have excellent prioritizing skills and I work well under pressure. Something to that extent.

I hope this helps.

I recently heard about a course called NEBOSH (safety course). The course is for 15 days and the fee is 50k INR. After attending the course will there be any job opportunities for a mechanical engineer?

Hi Danish,Yes the facts put by you are true. Many have already explained you about NEBOSH so I wont repeat them. I would like to answer the other part as job opportunities for a mechanical engineer. You dont need NEBOSH to get a job as in mechanical field related job and vise versa. I suggest you only get NEBOSH if you have an inclination towards Safety and want to make a career in this field or else it will be just another certificate with you.If you choose Safety as your career path then NEBOSH would help and definitely your engineering will be a big plus.Note: NEBOSH is not very popular in INDIA its just gaining popularity. If you wish to stay and work in India only then I suggest you take up safety course from RLI or PG qualification from University. For overseas NEBOSH IGC is good enough for seeking employment. All the Best!!regards,Melwyn DSouza

I am a civil engineer, which certification would help further my career a PMP or Nebosh?

I'm that annoying PMP who doesn't believe everyone should get the certification just to advance their careers. If you want to be a project manager, and are willing to adhere to the code of ethics, and to gain continual professional development units (60 every 3 years) then yes by all means get the PMP. However, if you're just looking for a paycheck, you'd be better off with something like the Professional Engineer (PE). Can you go back and do the PMP after? Sure. But PE opens up many more doors to a Civil Engineer career wise. What is a PE?To use the PE seal, engineers must complete several steps to ensure their competency.Earn a four-year degree in engineering from an accredited engineering programPass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examComplete four years of progressive engineering experience under a PEPass the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) examWhat makes a PE different from an engineer?PEs must also continuously demonstrate their competency and maintain and improve their skills by fulfilling continuing education requirements depending on the state in which they are licensed.Only a licensed engineer may prepare, sign and seal, and submit engineering plans and drawings to a public authority for approval, or seal engineering work for public and private clients.PEs shoulder the responsibility for not only their work, but also for the lives affected by that work and must hold themselves to high ethical standards of practice. Licensure for a consulting engineer or a private practitioner is not something that is merely desirable; it is a legal requirement for those who are in responsible charge of work, be they principals or employees.Licensure for engineers in government has become increasingly significant. In many federal, state, and municipal agencies, certain governmental engineering positions, particularly those considered higher level and responsible positions, must be filled by licensed professional engineers. Many states require that individuals teaching engineering must also be licensed. Exemptions to state laws are under attack, and in the future, those in education, as well as industry and government, may need to be licensed to practice. Also, licensure helps educators prepare students for their future in engineering.

How much does it cost to sign up for the John Casablancas modeling agency?

Too much, they're one of the biggest scams around. They tell anyone who walks the door (or who they lure in) that they can be a model even if they're 5' 0" and 200 lbs. Just do a web search for John Casablancas scam and see how many pages come up. Many letters on modelingscams.com, notes in the forums on models.com, ripoffreport.com, other questions here on yahoo, they all say the same thing. Over prices charm school, not an agency. And they lie to get your money.

Don't do it. Look at websites for legit agencies and see how you submit to them or go to an open call.

What is the real difference b/n an APRI dog and an AKC dog? And which should be more expensive?

I am thinking of purchasing a pug puppy. They want $400 for the female and $350.00 for the males - only 1 female in the litter. They are APRI rather than AKC. Are these reasonable prices? And what is the difference b/n the two classifications?
Also, to let everyone know, this was an accidental litter. The male is now fixed, and the female will be fixed soon.
I am also very interested in a simple mixed breed puppy from pound/SPCA.
The reason I want a puppy rather than an adult is b/c I already have 4 other adult dogs, and they have shown that they accept puppies better than adult dogs.
