How to lose love handles for teenage guys?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly
throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific
areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem
areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work
double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight,
lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

Why does my heart beat fast after exercise?

When you exercise, your muscles and other tissues require more oxygen. Oxygen is delivered in blood, which is pumped to the rest of the body by your heart. When the oxygen demand in your muscles increases, your heart rate has to increase to pump enough blood there to meet those demands.

You have to work up to running 3 miles. Your heart is the same way. After you haven't exercised in a while, your heart needs to build up endurance after not exercising all summer. Once you get back into exercising every day, you'll hopefully notice that your heart rate won't go up so far and it won't stay fast for very long.

English books are 36% of all of the books. ==> means 35 /100 of the books in the library are English
German books are 75% of the English books=> means .75 of (.35) are German = .27 =27% = 27/100
French are the remaining 185 books. Let the value (x) be all the books
36%(x) + 75%(36%)(x) + 185 = 100% (x) rewritten another way
0.36x + 0.27x + 185 = x ==>add the x's on the left
0.63x + 185 = x ===> subtract the x's from both sides
185 = 1x-0.63x ===> becomes 185 = 0.37x now divide both sides by 0.37
185/0.37 = x
500=x ===> there are a total of 500 books in the library
180 are English = 0.36(500)
135 are German = 0.75(0.36) = 0.27(500)
185 are French
Total books = 180+135+185 = 500

Easy desperate answer to get thin without exercise?

Hello everyone im a 16 year old guy i get bullied because im "fat" and im getting more desperate every day and it just makes me end up keep eating because of the bullying. Is there a way to get thin extremely fast without exercise? Speaking of which i heared this guy got thin just from doing 200 sit ups per day is that possible? Im also willing to eat 1 meal per day if it will help get me thin. Thank You Everyone For Your Time.

I am very weak in maths. How can I develop it?

I'm very weak in Maths, or I don't know whether it's something that I, myself developed over the years. From my 7th grade, I started loosing interest in Maths since my teacher wasn't that good and she only appreciated students who did well and insulted us very badly. From that year, I just gave up my hopes on Maths and considered it as a shitty subject and pretended like I didn't care when I was really really very sad on getting very low marks in Maths when I was an excellent student in the class and scored more than 91% in other subjects, Maths always bought me down when it came to ranks. I was so depressed, I started hating Maths, and it became a nightmare for me. The day before the exam, all I remember doing was crying, crying and crying. I couldn't bear the tension it gave me. It still does. I suffer from anxiety even though I'm young; and no one is allowed to put so much pressure on me because it's trouble. Whatsoever, I still have chills and I failed in this year examination and writing a retest on Monday, and this time, I just googled whether there's anything I could do to score better in Maths, and that's when I read this interesting article and found out that I'm not alone. Because this is exactly like my story. I'm weak, I always get the just-pass marks, my brother is a top-scorer who is hopefully cracking a AIIMS soon and has 95% marks in his 12th grade and all, and I left a group tuition cause I was insulted and then joined a tuition where I used to be the only student, and I'm continuing that, but the thing I failed to keep is being regular. I'm never regular to the tuition because I hate maths firstly and I'm a lazy girl who spends her weekend by watching new movies, with drinks and chips and popcorn and stuff and going out every weekend for shopping with my family or friends, or going to stay at cousin's or mom's or spending quality time with my best friends or my best-friends-cum-family my cousins..Okay! I've told too much. I hate maths. No, I hated it. Not anymore. I'm going to pretend like I love it and work hard. I've got 5 days from now, that's like huge time to cover 6 lessons and then practice extra questions and sums. Well then! Let's see how I'll score and whether the hardwork will pay off! initial energy=mgh+1/2*m*Vi^2

final energy = 1/2*m*Vf^2

mgh+1/2*m*Vi^2=1/2*m*Vf^2 ,(energy conservation).

h=1/(2g)*[Vf^2-Vi^2]

h=1/(2*10)*[9.7^2-3.2^2]=4.1925m

L=h/sin(25)

L=4.1925/sin(25)=9.92m

2)-

the work done by the frictional force is negative: W1=-80N*3m=-240J

the work done by the applied force F is : W2

W1+W2=684J

W2=684J-(-240J)=924J

F*(3m)=924J

F=308N

How to stop thinking about mastrubation and sex?

First thing to say is that thinking about sex and masturbation is completely normal. But if you feel that it is taking over your life there are a couple of things you can do:

1) get a girlfriend. This is not a joke or meant to have a go at you. Many people become obsessed with sex/masturbation because they lack a truely loving relationship. When you find a gf that you truely cherish, the thoughts become secondary to you and you will not worry about it as much.

2) Finding a gf is not as easy as it sounds, so what to do in the meantime:

exercise has been scientifically proven to help reduce sex drive. Get into a regular routine of doing 30 minutes of strenuous exercise a day. Alternate 1 day of weights, with 1 day of cardio (run/row/cycle). both the routine and the exercise will stop you thinking about sex as much.

3) This can be done in combination with no. 2:

Get a wide circle of friends and start going out more and socialising. The worst thing to do is to stay stuck at home. Find some friends and start doing some interesting things (sports, clubs, learning languages etc).

You will probably start to see a pattern here. it is about making yourself busy, and working out that excess energy in other ways. In doing so, you will stop thinking about sex, and also in the process make yourself more attractive to girls - i mean if you follow my advice you will have a lot of friends (increasing the chance of meeting a potential girlfriend), exercise so by fit and muscular and have other interests and skills (sports/languages etc).

The strategy is win win, and should hopefully help you if you stick to it.
