Hello How To Get Spouse Visa For Russia

Is it difficult for a Russian to get a work visa in Austria?

Before applying for a work visa, a Russian ciziten should receive an official work permit and work invitation form the Austrian company. Contact your employer to obtain these documents. After that you can apply at the Austrian embassy in Moscow along with your filled national visa application form, medical insurance, passport, photos and confirmation of accommodation provided in Austria. If a man marries a Russian girl in Russia, is he eligible for a Russian Passport?

No, it's not that simple. I answer this as of September 2015.First, you have to get a visa and can only stay until the visa expires. Then, you will have to get a Temporary Residence Permission that lasts for three years. In order to obtain that, you will have to pass a number of health tests including AIDS/skin/tuberculosis, as well as pass an examination in basic Russian language, history and law (this is a recent development). The only benefit you would get as a foreigner married to a Russian is that your application will be considered off-quota (yes, there is a quota on the number of immigrants in each federal subject each year)After living for 6 months under TRP you can apply for a leave to remain that lasts for 5 years and can be prolonged afterwards (whereas a TRP cannot). The procedure is very similar except that the exam would be harder this time. After living for several years in Russia under a LR (and never leaving Russia for longer than 6 months in a row) you would be eligible to apply for a Russian passport. And yet again there would be even harder exams. If you are a highly qualified specialist holding a doctoral degree the procedure could be different, but I don't know much about it. What I do know is that if you are a Gerard Depardieu you might as well just call President Putin and he gives you the passport. I hope you are one.Source: my wife is Ukrainian, so we are going through these steps right now.TL;DR: don't marry a Russian girl for a passport, marry her for love!

Can I marry more than one Russian/Ukrainian Girl?

I am in love with more than one girl, however, they all live in Russia/The Ukraine and I would like to bring them here on a K-1 Marriage Visa. They are all aware of what I would like to do, and they are all up for it. They have all meet one another, and they seem to like each other also, some have a little bit more than just "liking" feelings for one another and would love to all be able to marry me and be one big happy family... I know about bigamy, and I know that it's against the law in most American states. However, does this still apply to girls that are moving here from a different country under a marriage visa?

Please supply links to any information you may be able to give me...

Thanks you :)

Can you get a Russian residence visa if you are married to a Russian citizen?

I am not an immigration lawyer, but I have read the Russia’s Internal Ministry website before writing this, and this is what I have found out:Temporary residence permit (valid for 3 years) for a foreign citizen who is married to a citizen of Russian Federation (who is resident in Russia) isn’t subject to migratory quotas established by the government. So, yes, in a way, the application for the initial residence permit, will be streamlined. It should be noted though that, in order to apply even for a temporary residence permit, the applicant should prove that they have passed an exam that proves a command of Russian language and knowledge of Russia’s constitutional order. After having lived in Russia under Temporary residence permit for at least 1 year, one can apply for a Residence Permit (if they do not intend to renounce their previous citizenship), which is renewable every 5 years, for as many times as necessary, as long as requirements are met. Person must prove they have a legitimate source of income, and suitable place of residence, and have a command of Russian language (the same as above)… There are more, but these are the most essential. A person with a RP has pretty much the same rights as a citizen, except the right to vote and limited possibilities of government employment (to my knowledge). They are free to settle almost anywhere in the country. Also, persons married to a Russian citizen for at least 3 years, AND having resided in the country for at least 3 years may apply for Russian citizenship, and their applications are considered under so called “simplified” order (the decision is taken by the head of the Interior Ministry of the respective federal entity, in 6 months). So citizenship applications are sort of streamlined as well. So, the information you quote is, in my opinion, correct. Most of applications and petitions to governmental agencies in Russia can be submitted through a unified e-government service, so you should check it there.Единый портал госуслуг России (in English)

Are dating emails from Russian girls fake?

I recently put my profile on a dating site for life partner and I started receiving emails from various cities of Russia. These girls seem to be genuine nice girls but they are writing so long emails every time and keep on sending their pictures.

What is their interest? What is going on? I am in Canada. All of them sent me their so many pictures without asking, generally girls don't do that! They are telling me their family stories and asking the same.

Someone wrote that they mentioned USA (as if they are in USA) in their profile because Russia is not not on the list.

Am I a victim? Is this fraud going on with me?

How can Indian men find Russian women for a relationship and for marriage in India? Do Russian women like getting married to Indian men?

All depends on the person, but if I had to generalize I would say no, I would not want to marry an Indian man. I respect Indian people and admire their culture and history, however the two countries have evolved so differently that the way we communicate is very different. For me the deal breakers are:General misogyny. Had several unfortunate experiences communicating with Indian men, and heard plenty of horror stories. How over involved and nosy the in-laws are. I think parents are extremely important and should definitely have a say in family issues, but I am the woman of my house, not my mother-in-law.Being expected to cook and do most of the chores around the house. I come from a family with many generations of professionally successful women who often work and earn more than the men. I need my husband to understand that everything should be shared, including chores and child raising. Again, mother-in-law demanding I cook for her baby boy and family functions would be unacceptable etc.Just the sheer observation that most Indian men don’t understand Russian women and where we stand compared to Western European, American and Asan women, how strong and independent we are. Just going through Indian men’s comments here on Quora I’ve read quite a lot of nasty and vile stuff. Being generalized as a shallow slut who is going to age at 35 certainly doesn’t make me weak in the knees, I’m sorry. Now before you jump your guns, these are just my observations and generalizations! You never know what may happen, there’s 1.3 billion Indians in the world of all shapes and sizes, and if I met an Indian guy who was extremely compatible with me, caring and open-minded I would of course make an effort with his family as long as he is on my side. I think it all boils down to treating each other with equal respect and more as best friends and life partners rather then “wife” and “husband”.PS I have a lot of Sikh friends in the UK and found pretty much no differences in communication and romantic matters from the rest of the Westerners, they were viewed as British. In this scenario my answer would be yes, I wouldn’t mind as long as we are compatible.

Why do Russian women think foreign men are so stupid, like this letter shows?

I wasn’t born yesterday. I’m 50 years old and I know a scam when I see one. I get a letter from a 24 year old lady from Ukraine and it is way too good to believe, so I write back and ask only these words:

( “Hello Nataliya, thanks for your letter but you are only 24 and I am 50, so don’t you think that maybe I am way too old for you? Have a nice day.”)

Two days later I get this letter:

( “I want to thank you so much for the new sweet letter from you, that is so nice to meet you.
Oh, my dear, you are so sweet and you say such wonderful words, I cannot even describe to you how much I appreciate when a man treats his woman with respect, love and care. I have not found such a man here, so I hope we can build with you something special…
Have you been to Ukraine? So you think it would be possible for you to come to meet me if it works out good for us? How were your new year and Christmas celebrations? How do you usually celebrate it?
Dear, I need to go now but I will wait for your another sweet letter to me)
Sincerely
Nataliya. “)

Please tell me that was a MAJOR SCAM, because every fiber in me tells me that it’s a fake letter.

Why do Russian women think that all foreign men are so stupid to believe such letters; letters that talk about love that are sent to the guy even before the two get to know each other at all?

Or maybe foreign guys really are that dumb? Please tell me what you know. Thanks.
