Hello I Would Like On How Can I Apply A Visa Application In Uk

How do I track my UK visa application?

The visa process for any country can be a long and stressful process. If you’re thinking about a move to the UK, I’ve outlined some things below to keep in mind. This is a brief overview but if you want a more in-depth analysis be sure to check out this website for more information on relocation assistance.Average Processing Times:UKVI has released a site wizard called Visa Processing Times that provides the expected turn-around for each issuing post by visa type. The user can enter their home country and visa type and is then given historical data broken out by processing time. A sample for the USA looks this:Email & SMS Alerts:You can opt in to receive SMS alerts but most people find that the SMS facility is not granular enough to suit their needs, especially when they are awaiting important news. Unfortunately, there's actually no other way to learn more. The UKVI internal systems only have about 5 status' anyway.Your T2 sponsor (if applicable) has access to the UKVI Sponsor Management System and can query the database on your behalf. The only information that your sponsor is likely to get is what you already received via SMS.IN COUNTRY applicants can be notified of their status by email. So your renewal or subsequent applications can take advantage of that method.Exceeding the Time Limit:UKVI has agreed a service level with Parliament and as long as your application falls within their agreed time limit, they are not obliged to provide ‘extraordinary status’ information. Once they have exceeded the time limit and they have not reached a decision, they will notify you. Also at that point you have the option of initiating a query on your own. This holds true for all visa applications across the board, but each visa type has a different target.Hope this helps.

UK Tier 4 - Student Visa - Apply late?

It depends on where you are applying from. Post the visa application centre you applied to and we can give you more accurate answers. In general though 20 days is a very short time to apply for a visa, especially a Tier 4 visa at this time of the year when the visa application centres are at their busiest. Remember you should only count working days.

You say you have over £9,000 in your account. Where in the UK are you studying and how long is your course? This seems a very small amount to have as maintenance funds and to cover your tuition fees.

You need £1,000 per month of your course up to a max of 9 months if you are studying in London or £800 if you are studying elsewhere. You also need your first years tuition fee or the full cost of your course if it is under 12 months long.

Urgent plz! Applying online for the Tier4 student Visa to the UK before having the bank statement, possible?

Yes, you cannot submit your application before the 28 days required for deposit. The rule is particular to your financial capacity to study and stay in the UK. It says that you must show document, in this case I am sure, a bank statement showing you have the money.

To illustrate, the bank statement must show that:

For example, your bank statement is issued June 26, 2012 with an ending balance of US$1,000.00:
1. Counting 28 consecutive day period (finishing on the date of the closing balance), you must show that you have held this US$1,000.00 or more since May 30, 2012. The "finishing on the date of the closing balance" refers to June 26, 2012, the date of issuance of the bank statement.

Since you held the money in the bank for only 5 days which counting from June 26, 2012 is June 21, 2012, there is a possibility that your application may be denied, if you submit your application now.

2. 'ending no more than one month from the date of his/her application" means that since the bank balance is issued June 26, 2012, your application for visa will be accepted only until July 25, 2012, a month after the date of the issuance of proof of your financial capability (bank statement) to study in UK.

Suggestions:

If you have the money in the bank just for 5 days, keep the money or increase the money until you reach the 28 days' time of your deposit and request for another certification of your deposit or you can show the passbook as your proof of financial capability. In no case should you deduct the money to less than the required amount by the UK embassy. Better more than less.

After the lapse of 28 days, apply for a student visa or right after the issuance of the certification on the 28th day of deposit. Do not delay the application for the student visa for a month as the certification will have no effect anymore and your visa will be denied.

UK VISA - EEA FAMILY PERMIT! HELP PLSSS!?

Hello, I would like to ask some questions regarding the UK Visa applications. I'm from Greece and I have graduated from a university in London. Next year i will go back there to continue with my masters degree. I have been with my Jordanian boyfriend for 3 years (he lives in Jordan) and he got denied a visit visa to the UK, but after that, he got the Schengen Visa to Greece. We are planning to get married in Greece on May, and around July to travel to the UK so we can live together there while i will be studying. How many chances we got for him to get the EEA Family Permit visa? We also need to prove that there is a place for us to stay in London but the truth is that we will have to find a house after we get there in order to see it first right? What can we do? is there any chance we deny a eea family permit since we will be married? also since he is Jordanian, can he apply to the uk embassy in Greece instead?

I over stayed in uk and now i wish to apply for student visa for uk, can i get visa from india?

You must apply for a student from your home country.

You cannot apply for a student visa unless you have already been accepted onto a course.

The fact that you've overstayed your visa, will not go in your favour & it's unlikely a visa would be granted even if you had a place on a University course.

You shouldn't post personal details like your telephone number on a public forum, for all you know someone's passed it along to the authorities already.
