Directions
1Coat drained noodles with oil while they are still warm.
2Mix together sugar, Ac'cent, salt, vinegar, garlic powder, parsley flakes, dry mustard and pepper.
3Add noodles.
4Add cucumber and onion.
5Make at least 4 hours before serving or let set overnight.

CHICKEN SCAMPI

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 lbs. chicken breasts (boneless/skinless), cut into 1/2 in. pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 tomato, chopped (Note: I use 2, and squeeze most juice out)
Buttered noodles or cooked rice (Note: we prefer medium egg noodles)

In skillet, heat together butter and olive oil, and saute green onions and garlic. Add lemon juice, chicken, salt, pepper, and parsley. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 5-8 minutes, or until chicken is done. Add tomatoes and heat through. Serve over noodles or rice. (4-6 servings.)

To Make Filling: Pour 1-1/2 cups cold milk into medium mixing bowl. Add Filling Mix. Beat with electric mixer on Low speed 30 sec. Beat on Medium speed 3 min. (filling will be thick.) Spoon into crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 3. To serve: Dip pie plate, just to rim, in hot water 30 sec. for easy cutting and serving. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
