Help Dead Dog What Do

Car and dog incident, help please?

I doubt you can PROVE the speed of the car. Video might, but it may depend on the quality and how much it actually caught of the FULL incident.

HOWEVER, even if the car WAS speeding, it is ILLEGAL for dogs to RUN loose or to be off-lead, when no longer on the owner's property in most towns or counties (even if they escaped a door, gate, fence or being leashed).

So it becomes the OWNER's fault, if the dog was hit, regardless of the speed of the car. In many cases - had the driver stopped, they could SUE the dog's owner for any damages DONE TO THEIR VEHICLE, since the owner(s) caused or allowed their pet to run loose & collide with the car. Feel free to consult an attorney, for the best applicable answer in your situation.

Help my dog Ate my dead dog! no joke!?

Okay some how and some way my American Pitbul Terrier manage to loosen himself off his Runner in the back yard and. When so he ran toward the woods further away from my backyard and manage to dig up the remains of my 9 week old pitbull puppy that had died off parvo like nearly 2 months ago. The way i had noticed this happen was because i heard rattling in the front porch and i went outside to take a look and it was him. with a horrible odor and i quickly thought "THE DEAD DOG" and it was i saw bones and remains and my 5 month old pitbull With a big stomach like he just had a FEAST. i waited it out to this morning to see what happens and he seems to be okay he goes potty normally. but should i still be concerned about this he has all his shots except Rabies i really need to get that one he has been taking bully max multi vitamins pills since 6 weeks and stopped taking em at 5 months he is eating diamond dog food and he is the runt of the litter so he has plenty of Healthy things going on. i remember a time he ate my Hershey chocolate bar and he was still happy and playful. he did threw up but other than that he was still playful normal. Sorry to gross you out or anything.

Should I dig up my dead dog?

My dog died about 5 days ago, and we buried him in our garden under a flowerbed in about a 3/4 foot deep hole, and he took up about 1/5 of the space in a laying down position. We covered him in limestone powder, which preserves his body and slows the decomposition rate to about 4 to 5 years rather than a few months. But I was wondering, I had no memories of him. My mom hates having things in her house and is a super tidy person, so she threw away and donated all of his items. I was luckily able to sneak out his collar & I've been keeping & hiding is collar so I could have one memory but I'm really crushed & in depression right now. Thinking about how I could've spent time with him. I wanted to dig the hole back up so I could wrap him up in a big T-shirt (he was just buried right after death with nothing), add more limestone powder, shut his eyes (his eyes were open & mouth open when he did) & clip off some fur. I was wondering whether I should do all of this and see him one last time, or if I will regret this decision & see a horrible sight that will never leave my mind again. In both decisions, it seems like there's something to regret. If I dig him up and do all of this, I might see a horrible sight. If I don't dig him up, I might regret not doing this and then he'll already be decomposed. What should I do? Should I really dig him up? Keep in mind... no memories of him. I'm glad I still have his collar, but I'm afraid of my mom finding that then I'll have nothing.

What does it mean to see dead dogs in your dream?

Your dream suggests that something around you is noxious to your sense of right and wrong.

Dogs generally convey a sense of affection to most people. There are exceptions, but usually when we see one in distress (or dead) it is something that evokes sympathy.

Add to that the putrid nature of the event. This is beyond suffering and both robs the creatures of dignity and produces a rotten environment that you must tolerate.

You've asked the deeper questions about this dream that bring you close to the realization of what the dream relates to and therefore means -

What does seeing them mean? It appears it means whatever it is in your daily existence in that place that you must be - possibly school, or possibly another situation for which school is a proxy - seems to cause harm to innocents. Those who cannot do more for themselves are hurt - and the dream likely exaggerates - 'hurt' in some way, not 'killed'. Exaggerations in dreams bring our focus to them to try to understand.

The horrible smell? The thing that does this harm is at least nearly evil - it has an ill intent or is neglectful - putrid in the intellectual sense, even as the dream makes it more viscerally offensive. This too is an exaggeration most likely that is meant to stress that point - "yes, this is bad - it needs attention".

Whatever the thing or situation is that does this is systemic in your life - it is not easily avoided. Is your school distasteful or unsatisfactory for some reason? Have you had to move to a new school where the situation is strange and perhaps the people and place don't seem to measure up to your esthetic and moral expectations? Do you sense a less than desirable focus on quality academics? Is the place well kept / do you feel safe there?

And this could apply to something else, again the school may simply be proxy to whatever it is. That happens sometimes when we are hesitant to face the real issue due to personal closeness to someone or for some similar reason.

Take a look around at what goes in your life. Perhaps you may find that some of this fits in a way that could explain the dream. If you are able to identify such a situation then you are a step closer to dealing with it, even if that means just coping with something you cannot change.

I hope this helps in your understanding.

All the best to you.

How do I remove a dead dog from my house?

First, I want to say how sorry I am to hear of your loss. I've wondered what I would do if that happened to my dogs, all of which are too heavy for me to lift.

I don't know your age or strength, so I don't know if you can lift the dog. If you cannot, probably the easiest thing to do is find an old sheet that you can do without, or a blanket. Put it behind the dog and use his legs to roll him over onto the blanket or sheet.

Pull the 4 corners together to drag the blanket/sheet with the dog on it out the door. This gets the dog outside. If you live in a place where you can dig a hole, do so and bury him before his body begins to deteriorate and smell bad.

If you cannot dig a burial spot for him, call your humane officer or animal control or a local rescue and ask for assistance. If you have a vet and can get him into a vehicle, you could take him to be cremated. Most vets have a local pet crematorium they use. -!-

Do mother dogs eat their dead puppies?

Some of them do or they will if they are stressed. God i hope she did not eat it though because to weeks is usually a little old. For one how long have you known that it was missing. I suggest that you do a complete search of your house.
Hope you find it!
Good Luck

Why do I keep on hearing and seeing my dead dog?

I had to put my dog down the other day because of the pain he was in. I'll start from the beginning. When my sister and I were leaving the vet and driving home, I said, "at least hes not in pain anymore". Then he both hear him wimper(sp?). No I keep on hearing him. I thought I heard his pant and I thought I heard his wimper outside. I thought I saw him a few times. What is wrong? Why am I seeing him and hearing him?
