Use "need help" (no "a"). If you need a helper (a person to help you), then "a help" is a little more unusual and might be workable but only in speech (since the listener can confirm with you).

well, try running and galloping. make sure that you lift your tighs up when you gallop that way you can excerise on your tighs. i wish i could gain just a bit more weight i'm 18 and i'm only 97lbs. *sigh*

Also, eat Hostess fruit pies. Just TWO of them, and you will have had OVER your recommended daily allowance of fat for the entire day. Eat several of them (in-between gallon jugs of water), and you'll be porkin' up in no time. And if you're serious, you ought to also make sure you do not get any form of exercise if you can possibly help it. I am 27 years old a wife and mother of three beutiful childern. I have been struggeling with my weight since my second childs birth. I was put on bed rest for my last two pregnancies. I live on a very restitricted diet and I work out regularly. I know how to eat and what I need to do to be healthy. But I have a tremendious amount of extra skin from my pregnancies. So no matter how much I work out or how restricted my diet is I can not loose this. I am desperate. I have been looking into plastic surgery but ouch the cost.. If anyone could please help me. A website that could help me or somthing I could try at home that might help. I read coco butter helps but it hasn't been working for me. I have been to my doctor repeatedly and he's hopeless. I've had my thyroid tested they say it's fine. I know allot of it is that I need to loose a few pounds but the skin just makes worse. Why does it happen that when someone needs help, they always take my help but on other hand, when I need help, no one is available?
Bitter truth, people are sometimes selfish. They may reach out to you when they need help but might not help you out when you ask them.My advice to you is that be in a such a position that you shouldn’t have to take someone’s help. Make yourself so strong that you don’t require anyone’s support or help. Don’t be dependent on someone.It’s a good thing that you are helping people out and trust me it will come back to you (Karma).Remember one thing, helping someone is a selfless thing, you cannot expect something in return. You cannot expect that the person whom you helped out will also help you out. It’s not a two way thing. If someone asks for your help, help them but never expect something back in return. Feel good about it and then forget about it. Trust me it will come back to you in ways you would have never expected.:)

Would you have said, "Them need help" or "They need help"? If 'them' (or 'him' or 'her') then it would be 'whom' - but of course you wouldn't say that in this context. "They (or 'he', or 'she') need help" is the correct version, which means it should be 'I know some who need help.' So: if it would be I, we, they, he or she, then it's who;and if it's me, us, them, him or her, then it's whom.
