Help How Can I Get Spots//bumps Of My Face

How to get rid of drinking spots on face?

So in the space of a month, I went out a lot which caused me to drink a lot.
I’ve now been completely alcohol free for around two weeks. I broke out after the last time I went out but I’ve got rid of the pimples.
However on my forehead I have small bumps which are luckily hard to see because of my brown skin, however noticeable when I zoom on selfie camera.
These bumps look like they’re under the skin so they’re not major bumps.
How do I get rid of these? I wash my face morning and nights and drink water but how do I get rid of the rest? My skin looks a little rough as well.

Small bumps on my face but are not pimple help?

Well here are a few ideas:
1: Wash your face with Dove® Sensitive Skin Body Wash/Soap. Make sure it is unscented. You should do that everyday twice a day. When you wash your face, make sure you scrub with a washcloth.

2: You could also try a facial cleanser.

3: Another thing is using Eucerin®. It is a therapeutic moisturizing cream. You can buy a jar of it at Walgreen's for about $15. It's quite a bit in the jar so if you use it wisely it will last for about a couple of months at the least. If you don't want to pay $15 for a jar of this then I'm pretty sure you can get it in a tube for cheaper.

4: You could try drinking a lot of water, getting exercise, sleeping enough at night time, and reducing stress levels.

5: I also heard of a few home remedies that might work:
Try mixing tooth paste,a little water, lotion, and hand soap together.
Try putting some dabs of honey on the areas with the bumps and your worst acne areas.....leave it on there for 20 minutes and then wash off.
Well, I know that if its like an actually zit or pimple, and not like just red bumps, you can put toothpaste (but it has to be the pasty kind, not gel) on them before you go to sleep and when you wake up they will be all dried out so that you can pop them and not have to wait for them to decide when they want to leave. But I'm not sure if it burns your skin and leaves marks.
Try washing your face with clean and clear and neutrogena. Also, you can try drinking tea with only half a splenda packet in the morning and at night. I read it helps keep skin clear. Yes, the tea has to be warm and so does the water that you use to wash your face. If you don't like tea, just drink hot water with lemon. That should clear it up.

Hope I've Helped!

How do I get rid of the bumps on my face with a home remedy?

Boil a couple cups of water with a handful lavender or other cleansing herbs, Cover and simmer for ten minutes.Remove from stove and place the pot on a table. Without touching the pot, sit down at the table with the pot in front of you. Take a towel and create a tunnel with the pot at one end and your face at the other end. (I always cover my hair with something like a scarf too.)Breathe in the herbal goodness. If you become too hot, back away from the pot. Try to stay long enough to open the pores and sweat from your face. 10 minutes, no longer.Take the towel and blot your face dry. While the face is warm, apply some bentonite clay mixed with raw apple cider vinegar. (Mix equal amounts, about a tablespoonful of each) Try to lie down at this point, if you can. You’ll feel a drawing/pulling sensation. This means it’s working! After 12–15 minutes, rinse the clay off, starting with warm water and ending with cool water. Now check in the mirror. Are any bumps coming to a head? Take care of them as you usually would.Run a cotton ball saturated with witch hazel over your face.Dab a tiny bit of lavender essential oil on the bumps. If needed, dilute with a non-comogenic carrier oil first.Apply your usual face cream. This is better done at night before bed. Otherwise your face may be quite red as you go about your day.

I had the same thing. If you just started go to a dermetoligist before it gets worse. Unfortunatley for me I waited. If you dont want to do this I wouls suggest starting on proactiv or using clean and clear. I also have this amazing face mask that you can use as a spot treatment as well. Its very acne, pimples, and it shrinks pores. It's called Queen Helenes. Here is the website where you can get it http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...
