Can a Pokemon learn a move if I cancel their evolution?
I accidentally cancelled my Chimchar's evolution at lvl. 14. He was supposed to learn Mach Punch after the evolution. He is now at lvl. 20, and he hasn't had the option to learn it again. Will he be able to learn it soon, or did I ruin my chance?
Did I ruin my chance of evolving my Squirtle of Pokemon: Fire Red?
While playing Pokemon: Fire Red (not to be confused with Pokemon Red), my Squirtle started evolving. In my excitement, I accidentally pressed b and canceled the evolution. Can I still evolve my Squirtle, and if so, how? Thanks!
I Accidently Stopped My Pokemon's Evolving?
Raise it up 1 more level and it will try to evolve again. If your pokemon is already level 100, it will NEVER evolve.
Why won't my level 59 kakuna evolve??
Caught in diamond. Named bumblefart, because yeah. Holding no items. Have not pressed b because it HASNT EVEN TRIED TO EVOLVE and it is now at level 59. It only knows harden and I've been exp. sharing and switch battling to evolve it. I even tried switching it into Pokemon Black, no use. We have become close, and I'd like it if it could evolve and be more that a useless kakuna it's whole existence. It's never been in the daycare. I can't think of any reason other than a crazy glitch. Is this common? Any help/ advice/ other explanation would be a lot of help!!!

Did you press a button while it was evolving? You can cancel a pokemon's evolution, usually by pressing B. It will attempt to evolve when it gets its next level.

it may also depend on what level it's at so your good just train it up 1 more level & it will evolve what pokemon is it anyway?

If a pokemon is in the process of evolving naturally (through leveling up) you may press the B button to cancel, this gets harder the high level it is. However if a pokemon is evolving through an item (eg Leaf stone) or through trading, you cannot stop tge evolution unless you turn off the power.
