Help! I am so addicted to apple cider?!?

Ok so I bought a bottle of apple cider a few days ago, and I did not know this drink is THAT addictive....I have to drink at LEAST 5 cups a day.... I don't wanna drink it that fast since I want to save it for longer. But I'm so addicted to it...I've drank a lot of fanta and I didn't even become this addicted.... it's kinda scary tbh....like I'll feel thirsty, but really it's the addiction of apple cider instead of true thirst... what should I do? is it normal to become addicted to healthy drinks like this? thank you very much!

Why am I addicted to apple juice?

BECAUSE APPLES IN LIQUID FORM IS AMAZING

Is it possible to get addicted to apple juice?

For some reason this year I have been wanting apple juice so much. When ever I go out to the store I get apple juice. I don't specifically go to the store to get apple juice but I always get it when I'm there. The brand of apple juice doesn't matter either. I just what to know if it's possible.

Will apple cider help you detox from meth?

Amphetamines, including methamphetamine, or meth, are synthetic stimulants used because the bodyas own energy chemicals (neurotransmitters) are released, the brainas reward and reinforcement center is stimulated, and the effects last longer than those of other stimulants like cocaine, and at a lower price.Guide 8 Detox Methods That Really Work to Cleanse Body and BrainWhether you snort, inject, orally ingest, or smoke meth, the drug is causing long-term and even permanent damage to your body and brain. Your bodyas creation of vital neurotransmitters is stunted; your brain chemistry is changed in a way that increases your physical craving for meth; serotonin fibers degenerate; and five different regions of the brain are subdued from meth use which inhibit the ability to make decisions. It is time for meth detox and treatment.Has prolonged meth addiction caused you to experience irritability, impaired memory, mental confusion, paranoia, anxiety, poor judgment, aggression, or hallucinations? Your neurotransmitters are unbalanced, meaning you no longer naturally feel pleasure, pain, and other sensations properly.Once the substance is working its way out of your system and is not being used anymore, your body will fully metabolize the drug remnants and your brain chemistry will begin to normalize the disrupted neurotransmitter imbalance. Meth will be fully excreted in about a week, and within the next several months, the body can settle down and adjust its chemistry, back to the way it functioned before any meth use.

Do apple cider vinegar pills really work?

I have been trying to loose weight for a while now and someone mentioned that adding apple cider vinegar pills to my diet and exercise plan would help. I was just wondering if it was true or not.

Apple cider vinegar and Acid Reflux?

yes, it will work. But, it will be much more tolerable and fun to take if you add it to a favorite juice. Apple Cider Vinegar balances PH - imbalance in PH is what causes acid reflux (short of a medical problem such as a tumor). Get organic ACV such as Braggs. http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=5711&at=0

Other ways to bring acid reflux under control is to take a daily probiotic and a digestive enzyme with each meal. These both work very well by helping your body to appropriately digest and absorb. My favorites are:
Probiotic - http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=2716&at=0
Digestive Enzyme - http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=2655

There are other brands of both the vinegar and the enzymes, but those links will give you an idea of what you are looking for. Your local health food store will carry all of these items. If you do decide to go back to iHerb to purchase them though, use coupon code KES097 for $5 off your first time order (not affiliated, just where I buy those items because it is cheaper and closer than a health food store.)

Those are things you can take to help, but more importantly is what you should do to stop exacerbating the problem.

For instance, you should cut out all coffee, chocolate and acidic or caffeinated foods and drinks. Also, if you take antacids, they can be addictive, so though they seem to help, they keep the ph in your system out of whack requiring further use of them. You need to quit those cold turkey.

Try drinking 8 glasses of clean, filtered water daily to help your digestive system. Milk is a good stomach balancer too. If you don't drink cows milk, you can make a great almond milk. Follow directions online for making it. It is very easy, tasty and healthy.

Finally, add a bit of lemon to your water. That also helps digestion. Here, we quarter a lemon and squeeze one quarter in each glass of water. Good stuff!

Hope you get it under control soon. I know how uncomfortable it is.

I'm having chest pains after drinking apple cider?

if it was apple cider vinegar then 6 tbsp is way too much esp if you didnt dilute it in water or tea. try taking an antacid like rolaids or tums and spread out the vinegar- like have 2tbsp in green tea 2-3times a day but be careful cause you can get an ulcer which is shy the severe burning chest pain. i had 7 ulcers by the time i was 24 from drinking pure lime juice and vinegar is more acidic & the pain is horrendous believe me! good luck

Can drinking too much apple juice cause diarrhea in an adult?

It normally does for me. Ironically I also craved apple juice while pregnant with my last child. I was drinking a gallon a day, and was fine. However, after the baby if I drink more then two glasses the bathroom is my friend. Apple juice is the LAST thing you want to drink if you're trying to cure diarrhea. Bananas, or peanut butter are natural ways to stop you up. I have a hard time with tap water, and even flavored bottled water. So I drink Perrier when I am sick.

Why do apples taste better when they are cut?

Whilst Scott Frey's answer was brilliant, and no doubt true, I'd like to offer a much less scientific - but in my opinion just as relevant - answer. To most people the apple flesh tastes nicer than the skin: if you bite into an apple you taste skin first. If you bite into a piece of cut apple, you taste the flesh first. Aidan Friesen has described this similarly, but more eloquently and scientifically, in terms of surface area, and I also agree with his reference to the pschyological 'trick' our brain plays on us from eating more aesthetically pleasing food, so check out his answer. David Dreshfield also makes some great points regarding the force (or, I suppose, the effort) needed to eat the apple in its various forms being dissimilar to other foods, which I hadn't thought of before... I suspect the shape of the apple - spherical - is less 'normal' for our tongue/mouth/brain too, and therefore requires more mental effort to process as it is inconsistent with the way we tend to eat.
