Help I Drank Too Much And Now I Feel Tired All The Time How To Fix This

Feel so tired after walk/run on treadmill :( help me!?

my mum just bought me a new treadmill today and i am 17 years old
i have not exercise since i was grade 9 and i am grade 12 now so like 3 whole years!!
i used to be really fit and played netball etc. but due to my studies and trying to get into university the past years i have had no time.
so today for the first time in three years i walked for 8 minutes and ran the last 2 minutes. i got off and nearly died!! i drank nearly a whole bottle of water!
i rested for 10 minutes then did 4 minute walk then 2 minute run then 2 minute walk then 2 minute run again.
i got off, drank so much water, did a few stretches and had a shower and i was puffing while having a shower, i found it so hard to stand up. i am now on my bed feeling sooooooooooooo exhausted!!
what is wrong with me? i thought exercising is meant to make you feel good??and seeing i only did 20 minutes all up??
is it just because i havnt exercised in so long? thanks for your your time x

Can drinking too much energy drinks make you feel tired ?

Ive been drinking energy drinks from last 1.5 years, daily without interruption... Now I feel tired all the time, so the question is can make you feel tired if you drink daily for a very long time ?

My little brother drank too much.. how can i help him feel better?

So tonight he came home drunk..
He's 15, about 5'11 and 150-165 lbs he said he only drank 12 beers..
This is the first time he's ever drank this much...
He was all crazy at first, then he just got all tired all of a sudden and then he threw up a lot and said he felt better
Now he's laying in bed and he's breathing a little off but it doesn't seem like something bad.. he starting to fall asleep though...

Is there anything that can help him feel better?

Thanks :)

Why do I feel sick when i DON'T drink milk?

I drink milk ALL the time. I love it. I used to get sick if i drank too much, but i grew out of it, and now i feel shaky, restless, tired and out of it when i don't drink any for longer than 24 hours. I know thats what this always happens when i purposly try not to drink as much. I'm fine after I have a glass. I usually drink about 4-6 small glasses or 3-5 large ones a day. I know,it's not the healthiest thing for me, but I hate feeling like that.

I do not feel sleepy until 3AM and can't get up before 12PM. What should I do to change my sleep cycle?

You could have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. Your best bet is to try and reset your circadian rhythm every day. First, to get your desired bedtime, go to bed 2 hours later on successive nights until you're at the desired time. Say, 10 PM. If you're currently going to bed at 3 AM, that will take 10 days to achieve. Once at 10 PM, do the following to stay there:1) take 0.5 mg of melatonin 4-5 hours before bedtime. More is not better. At bedtime is worse. 2) get up a 6 AM every day. Your body will want to fall asleep again 16 hours later (or 10 PM). 3) in the morning, use a blue light for 45 minutes while getting ready. This (and #1) help to reset your circadian clock. In the evening, avoid bright lights - which means no computer or phone use after 9 PM (at the latest), as staring at a screen is essentially staring straight into a light source. Some drugs can be helpful if you have trouble with sleepiness during the day - namely, Modafinil. This drug takes away the "sleepy feeling" but is not a stimulant. You will have to adjust your caffeine intake according to how it affects you. Best is none. Otherwise, none after 5 PM (or earlier, depending on how it affects your sleep onset).

What happens if you drink too much sleepy time tea?

so I've found that sleepy time tea (tea with chamomile and other natural stuff) helps me sleep. I've been drinking it for about 3 months everyday. Is drinking it everyday bad? I'm probably gonna stop drinking it soon when I feel good enough to fall asleep without anything.
