Should i drink lemon juice to help me feel better?

last night i wasn’t feeling good after i left this restaurant, and i didn’t even end up eating anything there. when i got home i felt so sick to my stomach and i almost threw up so i went to bed early . i woke up feeling twice as worse, and i went #2 on the toilet a couple times which made me feel even better. should i drink lemon juice to help me go #2 more?

What should I do when I start to feel sick?

Why do you feel better when someone rubs your back when you feel sick?

Im 16 and last night i was feeling pretty sick. I had the worst stomach ache i've ever had and all i could do was curl up in a ball. Anyway, my older sister rubbed my back and said it would help me feel better. It somewhat did. Why does someone do this when you're sick?

Why do i feel sick after i exercise?

Sometimes if we push ourselves too hard we can get dizzy and feel sick. Otherwise are you eating before workouts? If you are try not eating. If you aren't try to eat just a little something before..like some fruit or a piece of toast. Try to decrease your activity for a few days and see if you still get dizzy after a less intense workout. Are you drinking water during working out? If you are drinking a lot of water before and during which is something i know you are supposed to do, try drinking less and then replenishing after your workout instead. If you aren't drinking water...try to drink some. Also what time of day are you exercising. Are you exercising in the morning before work? I know people that get sick if they exercise in the morning and feel crappy afterwards for no particular reason. They started exercising later in the day and that took care of it. If you are exercising at night you may just be exhasted from work and are pushing yourself too hard.

I have a few rules that I follow when working out.
1. Make sure to drink plenty of water because if you get dehydrated you can get very very sick.
2. Get enough sleep. It is more important for you to get sleep than for you to wake up extra early or stay up extra late to get a workout in.
3. Eat healthy. That means don't eat a ton of junk food and make sure you are getting enough food.
4. Don't overdo it. Pushing yourself too hard is detremental to your body. Know your limits.

If you have tried all these things and it doesn't help...see a doctor.

How do I stop feeling sick after smoking a cigarette?

If you're never going to do it again, then why are you worrying about feeling sick after smoking? That nausea is your body telling you that you're sucking in poison and you need to stop. I was nauseous for two days after smoking my first (and only) cigarette. Eventually that sick feeling went away.

I always make sure to get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast and then warm up as much as possible. Right before the performance I also do breathing counts. Breathe in while counting to 3, breathe out till the count of 6, breathe in to the count of 4, breathe out to the count of 8 and so on. This makes your body get into rhythm and you will be amazed how calm you will be for the performance.

I didn't eat all day and now I feel sick..?

Drink lots of fluids, and maybe make yourself a pot of tea to soothe your stomach. Try little things like crackers or bread to start because your stomach is not happy right now. Not eating all day isn't good, because your blood sugar is low right now and your stomach is trying to function but there's nothing to break down. Eat some easy food, and then try for chicken soup or something plain like that. Try to eat, and then sleep because your stomach will need time to suddenly digest a load of food after nothing all day. If your stomach gets really upset take a TUMS or stomach medicine to help you to reduce nausea and stomach pains. Next time, bring some granola bars if you think you'll have no access to food. That plus your lack of appetite deprives you of salt and water the main proponents of BP rise, all favour lying down But if you feel fine sit stand or lie as you please.
