What are some advantages to playing volleyball rather than other sports?
In my personal experience volleyball has some characteristics that help you in as in personal life as in professional life.1. Team work: you have to accept that you are not going to participate in every point, and even if your teamates fail you have to support them.2. Patience: this is linked to the previous point, as you cant participate in every point and depending on your position may be difficult to carry your team to victory (i.e. liberos)3. Serenity: this is a characteristic of every sport but the difference y volleyball is that like in tenis every mistake you have is quite possible it ends in a point against you, contrary to other sports. In football soccer if you missed a penalty the score would be the same as before of the shoot.This makes the pressure on your head a lot greater.4. specialization: as in football everyone has a duty and for thee team to function as planned every duty has to be execute perfectly. In volleyball is the same, everyone have a duty and a zone to cover.Volleyball is a very exciting and fast game i recomend to play it as a hobby, with friends or as sirious as it can gets.

Nike or Asics running shoes?
Nike, saucony, New Balance, Adidas, Mizuno and Asics are all good. But what you really should think about is how they fit you. And how confortable can you run in it. A good store will have a tryout lane where they record you running to advice you which shoes are best for you.
