I ordered items off amazon with a netspend card with no money and they sent me an email when it will arrive?

Great. You ordered some things that you didn't have money to pay for. What did the e-mail you received say?? I doubt that you are going to receive anything - your order has most likely been canceled.

I ordered an item on Amazon then cancelled it successfully before it shipped. When do I get a refund?

I think your answer is pretty well covered by the other comments, but I did want to add just one thing- please note that Amazon is responsible for issuing the refund, not the seller. Amazon does not release any card or payment information other than the amount and who you need to ship the product to to the seller. The seller has no control over when you actually receive your refund (other than requesting it to be sent to you). Once they have released the refund, it is out of their hands, and you will need to contact Amazon directly in order to get more information about when your funds will actually be deposited back into your account, or credited back to your card. The individual seller will not be able to give you any information like that.

If you cancel an Amazon Prime free trial after making an order with the benefits, will you still receive them?

You get a month free trial of Amazon Prime. During that month, you use Amazon Prime to receive free shipping on your order. That's great. Later, before the month ends, you cancel the Prime subscription so you won't be charged. That's what the free trial is for. What would be the point of getting a free trial and not using it?I hope you got a chance to watch some Prime Video, do some Prime Reading, listen to some Prime Music, and enjoy the other benefits of Prime.I completely disagree with Harish R’s answer. I can only think that we each understood the question differently, or I misunderstood his answer. How could it be unethical to use the Prime benefits during the free trial? What would be the point of offering a free trial and expecting people not to use it?I find Prime to be well worth keeping, even on a very low income. But that's totally up to you.The only way that I could see a free trial as unethical is if you committed deliberate fraud to get it; using a fake name and credit card number. I saw no hint of anything of the sort in your question.

If I use a gift card to pay on flipkart and then cancel the order, how doi get mymoney back?

There is conflict in this process at Flipkart end.Two times & two different situation:I had a Edge reward point from my axis bank. And I used the reward point for the Flipkart voucher. I ordered the book my using the voucher. And later they said the book delivery will take extra 5 days as stock is over. And when I asked them to cancel and let me use the same for another book order, they credited the money in the closed wallet of Flipkart.Another time, I had ordered a Mobile. By mistake I ordered a 3g phone, whereas I wanted a 4g one. Then I cancelled the order and the money was sent back and the Voucher was activated. But the voucher’s expiry date remained the same. But I re-ordered the same the very day, so there was not a loss on that end from the expiry point of view.

How can I order something off Amazon.com without my parents finding the package?

So I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm using my friends yahoo account for this question (due to sum problems with mine T_T) and I want to buy sum yaoi (if you know what that is, if you don't then lol) I'm using a gift card to buy it, but the only problem is if my parents see that I got a package, then they're going to want to know what it is because they are SOOO SUUUPER nosey!!! And if I say "no, you can't see what I bought with my own money(idk)" they will get suspicious and think it something much worse than what it really is. But if I show them my "books" they will say stuff like "that's weird and nasty" or "I will not aloud you to read this Missy!" but I like yaoi, and no one can change that. So is there anyway I can order it without my parents seeing it? And I'm almost always home when they are and I can't play hooky, because I lterally just did yesterday lol. So any ideas? Smartest and most detailed answer wins!
Sorry if it's long though

Why didn't Amazon take out the money from my debit card after I ordered an item?

All good answer but I work within the Amazon infrastructure. The reason Amazon doesn’t automatically debit the money from your account is for two reasons. #1 the customer order may have been a mistake, so Amazon puts a 1 hour hold on the items to allow the customer to cancel the order if it was in fact a mistake. #2 as others have said, if after processing the system determines that you have several orders pending in the queue, it will charge your card only when the items ship. However, if it is a single item and customer shipment is generated based on the best logistics possible and your card is automatically charged. Now, it gets different with vendors that have a front in which the product is sold by and shipped by their site. In this case, the card is debited only when the items ship, even if it is a single item, the 1 hour hold also takes place before the vendor is alerted of the transaction which, their system must send an authorization to active the customer shipment within the network.

Someone stole my credit card and purchased items from Amazon. How can I find the Amazon items they ordered and the address the items were sent to?

Report lost/Stolen and you should get the amount refundedIf you’ve had your credit card stolen or discover that you’ve lost it, you should report it missing straight away as it could affect where you stand legally if the card is subsequently used by a thief.Your card provider should always refund you in full for any transactions that take place after you've reported your card missing. If you don't realize for a number of days that your card has been lost or stolen, you should still be able to get your money back.If your credit card provider thinks you're responsible for the transaction or that you've authorized someone else to buy the item using your card, then it needs to prove this - you don't need to prove you weren't responsible. If you were responsible for the transaction or authorized someone else to use your card, your card provide won't refund you anything. Most banks will refund you in full any money that has been fraudulently taken from your card. You must report it missing immediately as this could affect your legal position if it's subsequently used fraudulently. However, if your card provider can show that you've been grossly negligent, it can refuse to refund you anything. If your card provider can demonstrate that the disputed transaction was a result of you acting fraudulently or with gross negligence, then it can refuse to refund you.If your card provider thinks you've failed to take care of your card or bank details - or worse, that you've been fraudulent or grossly negligent - then it's for them to prove this.Sources : I want to trace the crook who used my credit card detailsMy card has been lost or stolen and used to purchase goods
