If I wanna learn how to code a DDoS program in Python, how should I start and what is needed?
First, learn python as it is. Just how to program in python. Innocent stuff. Learn the networking part aswell. You also need knowledge in distributed systems (The second ‘D’ or rather the first), which have various usefull applications in the world of computers, beyond nefarious stuff.Now, learn how to be absolutely invisible on the internet (having asked this question was your first mistake probably. #nsa, #fbi, #cia, are you reading this? ;)). Learn how to be anonymous. How to protect yourself and your work against law enforcement. THEN start digging into RFCs, go through the network stack, the various protocols.And since chances are extremely high that what ever you want to do has rather emotional motivation, take a breath, and don’t do it. You will be caught :)

What you require is code that will loop requests from the website. Do not store cache. It needs to run on multiple threads, that access the site simultaneously. While encrypting the client credentials. Preferably exclude Javascript data, as it is client sided processing. It also needs to find the IP of the domain. So as not to go through the DNserver
Good DDOS programs for mac?
You may be able to do a DOS from a Mac, but not DDOS unless you have remote control over many PCs on the internet. DDOS means "Distributed Denial of Service", meaning many machines... Since you don't know the basic meaning of DDOS, I suspect you would not have the skills to even attempt DOS, let alone DDOS. So, to answer your basic question, there is NO software for a Mac or PC that can do DDOS from that one machine. Never was, never will be.... The only person that can block a DDOS is your ISP, and even then, it is difficult. There is no software out there that can stop a DDOS outright. I suspect that $200 you paid is "vaporware"...does not exist. Without knowing to whom you paid that protection to, I suspect you got "took to the cleaners" for your $200. If you paid that to your ISP or web hosting site, then there is a possibility it is legitimate...

Is a DDoS attack illegal?
Short Answer would be Yes it is illegal per US Title 18: Crimes and Criminal Procedues : Part 1 : Crimes: Chapter 47: Fraud and False Statements: Sections 1029 and 1030. As well as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1984, Cyber Security Enhancement Act of 2002, Patriot Act (which I think may have expired) and several others. Long story short, unless you have permission (IN WRITING!!!) then the safest course is to not do it. Once you start crossing international borders then Interpol gets involved and all manner of Hades erupts. Ok so my ex friend wants to ddos me. I have seen him do this crap but he never done it to me. He has my ip adress and I checked it's right. Should I worry or if he does ddos me will it do anything? Because don't people only do it on programs?

Are DDoS attacks illegal?
In the US DDoS attacks are (most likely) a Federal Crime. I say most likely because the way DDoS attacks work. Hackers will send out spam, hack or do whatever it takes to get these tiny little programs onto innocent people's computers. These little programs are what cause DDoS attacks, the said hacker will tell the program to attack whatever website he/she wants. Since a DDoS attack requires hundreds or even thousands of computers with this little program the likelihood that they are all on computers within the same state is slight at best. Since a DDoS is a malicious act AND the fact that the hackers are hacking or spamming their little programs onto computers, a DDoS attack is illegal in two different ways.
DDOS Attack how to stop it ?
Ok here i will start: There is one guy who says he will ddos me with 250.000 bots and my router will probably burn. He can get my ip anytime he wants because he is playing on my cs 1.6 server and he has my ip its not static it changes after computer restart but he can get it ... So how can i stop him from that is there anyway to him my ip from all of the internet ? Or is there any program that stops DDOS ? I have Avast antivirus free version, i want to buy Kaspersky internet security 2013, will kasperky stop him ?
