Help Me Gain 20 Pounds Cheap College Budget / 2 Pounds Week.

If I eat 20,000 calories in one day, will I gain 5 pounds of fat?

You just can’t make this shit up…Okay…assuming you actually do burn 2500 calories per day (which should be your TDEE), and if you eat 20,000 calories in one day:(20,000 cal - 2500 cal) / (3500 cal / 1 pound fat) = 5 pounds of fat. You’re correct.NOW, HERE’S WHY THE FUCK YOU SHOULD NEVER DO THAT!This dude here, is Michael Phelps. He’s won 23 gold medals and 28 total medals at the Olympics:If you go on a simple TDEE calculator and enter in his stats during the time he was training, he should have been eating about 3700 - 4200 calories. As an Olympic athlete, this dude ate 12,000 calories a day.His diet was 6 times the diet of a normal person (2000 calories on average) and more than twice as much as this dude:Clearly, The Rock has more muscles, he’s 1 inch taller than Phelps (The Rock is at 6′5″), and he’s been working out for 25+ years.Understanding my point here? No? Well, let me tell you something:Don’t fucking eat 20,000 calories in one day!Even a serious athlete like Michael Phelps, or a muscular man such as The Rock, would feel bloated as hell if they amped their calories up to that level. The Rock would eat 4 times as much as he does currently, and Michael Phelps would eat 8000 more calories. Are you a serious athlete? Hmmm, probably not.Your stomach is about the size of 1 liter, but can stretch and expand to up to 4 liters. You don’t want to go overboard, else you will throw it up through your mouth…or through your butthole. On top of that, digesting the food requires more fiber and more water. You’ll practically obliterate your body with more volume of food and drinks. Your stomach may literally explode inside your body. How in the world can you consistently prepare that much healthy or unhealthy food? And do you really have the budget for that? Are you going to sacrifice so much time for that and not hang out with friends or family?5 pounds in one day? And 5 pounds of FAT?Stick to gaining 1–2 pounds PER WEEK. That’s it. And, do it in a healthy way so that you can gain more weight in muscle and less in fat.Not even actors want to gain body fat—they have to for a role. What makes you want to gain fat instead of muscle, and in one day? Your brain needs rewiring.Don’t even get me started on sodium levels, cholesterol, sugars, unhealthy macronutrients, etc.I don’t care if you’re thinking of doing this as a 1 time thing. Don’t do it at all. Period.

How do I stretch $300 for 2 weeks?

I don't know what your cost of living is, but here is what I suggest.

Get all of your essentials first. Fill up the car with gas, then start buying everything else. If it's possible you could get a smaller package of diapers instead of a box and a smaller bag of dog food instead of the really large ones. Rather than buying them in as large of quantities as you normally do just get enough to last you through your next pay day (and maybe a day or two after). That way you are spending less for them right now. With groceries and wash powder find a store brand that will work for you. Try to only buy what groceries you will need, but don't skimp on anything.

You could get your hair cut at a beauty college where they typically charge less. Another option could be to find a cute new hair do that you can use to make your hair look fresh and new with out getting it cut. Since it's hot out you could experiment with different ways of pulling it up and away from your face. They won't ever know that your hair is the same.

Depending on how much it costs to have your dogs groomed and how much free time you have, you could get a set of buzzers from Walmart for 15-20 and trim them yourself. They may end up looking a little funny, but it will be fine.

For your family party see if you can make any food a pot luck. Everyone understands the necessity of sharing expenses sometimes. You can prepare the main part of the food and have everyone bring a side dish or a dessert.

Good luck, and don't stress. Enjoy your son's birthday party!
