It's your birthday, to tell or not to tell?

Thank you to everyone that responded!
Looks like you guys are split 50/50, some wanna tell, some wanna wait and see.

Personally I usually like to wait an see who remembers because you feel special when they remember. But usually only 1 or 2 people remember then I feel depressed that almost no one remembered.

Cheesecase – you have a strange mindset.

It's almost my birthday what should I do?

ok here listen up ladies it's almost my birthday but it seems like at school and at home everybody's trying to pretend like you forgot my birthday and its like they want me to remember their birthday and presents but they don't remember my birthday and they want me to get them presents what should I do

What do you do the last hour of your birthday?

I sit there and think about how when the clock hits midnight it will be the first official day of my new age. I look forward to all that the future has in store for me and I look back at all of the good times I had in the past year.

Should I wish my almost an ex boyfriend on his birthday?

My heart goes out for you dear... You are still thinking that won't it hurt him if you don't wish on his birthday when he has not been in touch with you over two weeks now and got over with you just because of a small fight??? Listen if I care for someone and want that person to wish me on my special day I would b after that person's life in a loving way to not to forget my birthday.. You know I scream about my birthday to my close one one month in advance.. Anyways if you still feel you should just wish him formally as a courtesy.. Do that.. But please don't expect him to come back to you on that basis.. Let ppl come back to you my dear... When they do then you give all your efforts to make that person stay but if they don't stay.. As they say they were never yours!  Thanks to one of the answers on quora I learnt... Good things never go away... So let the bad thing go and wait for all the good things to come to you and let them stay :)

What is it like to be alone on birthday?

So my birthday is in 2 days (27th October). My office colleagues planned something for my birthday but I requested it to be preponed to a day earlier as I don't want to disturb anyone on a Saturday since everyone surely has personal commitments. So my friends are taking me out for a birthday lunch 1 day earlier (tomorrow). What am I planning to do on my birthday (27th October) being alone?Wake up early as usual as I have to do laundry.Set up the Apple Watch Series 4 which I gifted to myself this birthday.Go for a haircut (not because it is my birthday but because I look awful when I have not had a haircut in almost 2 months).Go to Starbucks and have my free drink.Come back home and take a bath and cook something to eat for the whole week.Go to Moe’s Southwest Grill and have the free burrito.Come back home and watch some shows on the laptop.Watch Mr Bean’s latest movie if possible.Catch up on some much-needed sleep.Simple yet sweet :)*May peace prevail on Mankind*

What would you give/get me for my birthday?

a $500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000... gift card if your a hot girl but if your a man i'll get you nothing.

Is it wrong to give yourself a birthday party? I’m almost 55-years-old and have always wanted one. My husband and his mom took me out years ago for a day and cake. It was fun, but I’ve always wanted a party with lots of friends. What do you think?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with throwing yourself a party, for your birthday, a special occasion, or just because you feel like celebrating. I’ve thrown birthday parties for myself for years. I usually pick a restaurant I enjoy (not an expensive one), send out invitations to friends, make reservations for those who respond, and make sure they understand that we will all be splitting the bill. I bring the wine an we have a great time. But there are plenty of other reasons to throw a party, and everyone should embrace them as often as possible. You don’t have to spend a fortune,yo can make a potluck dinner. Or have everybody bring a different dessert while you provide coffee, tea and paper plates.I’ve had parties for fashion week in New York (none of my friends care about fashion week) where everybody had to wear paisley and plaid. I’ve hosted Sunday Rant Brunch, where we put up a podium, gave everybody copies of different newspapers, and gave them a turn to rant about something they read that pissed them off. It’s wonderfully cathartic and you find out all kinds of interesting things about your friends. One of my best buds delivered a ten minute diatribe about the grammar in an article he read. He couldn’t even remember what the article was about when he was done, but it was certainly educational. I’ve had New Kitten parties, Spring Equinox parties, even Ice Cream for Breakfast (second Sunday in February) parties. People are occasionally baffled by the announcements, but the ones who show up have a good time.A birthday party is easy. Everybody knows what you’re celebrating, and you get to eat cake.
