Help Me Out Should I Buy Dead Space 3 Or God Of War Ascension

How long is the Gears of war Judgment campaign?

there are 2 campaigns. One is the one you saw the trailers about, the other is called Aftermath, which is when Cole and Baird go off to get reinforcements for Marcus.
I played both in 7 1/2 hrs normal. But if you're worried about it not being as much fun or not lasting as long as the others don't be. They just have the missions set up in different ways where is feels shorter, but it has just as much replay value as the other games.

SKYRIM or GOD OF WAR 3?

Skyrim. In terms of game play and length.

GOW3 is also great, just isn't anywhere near as long as Skyrim.

Christians: Why is it said that Elijah was taken to Heaven, (where Jesus and God are),?

These heavens were neither the distant parts of the physical universe nor the spiritual place where God and his angelic sons dwell. (Deuteronomy 4:19; Psalm 11:4; Matthew 6:9; 18:10)

“The heavens” to which Elijah ascended must have been the atmospheric heavens. (Psalm 78:26; Matthew 6:26) By means of a miracle, Jehovah enabled the fiery chariot to transfer Elijah to another part of the earth in order to save him, where he continued living for a time. Years later, as you said, Elijah wrote a letter to Jehoram, the king of Judah.—2 Chronicles 21:1, 12-15.

Can I play God of War (any part) on PC?

Most of the folks here answering is absolutely correct.Playing games through emulators are fine, subjected to: you own the original titles.ePSXe has perfect support to play PS1 games on PC/Android, afak.PS2 emulation has succeeded as well, now supporting many titles with playable framerates (I. e. speed)PS3 emulation is being worked on by some developers and they keep posting updates of starting/playing games with acceptable framerates. you might be needing a giant of a tech loaded PC. once it is officially out. might take a few years.PS4 emulation? don't even think about it right now. :)(Please download only those games which you physically own. I used to have around 300 PS3 blurays, once my lens went out. I found the ones available here aren't reliable at all. I had my console jailbreaked for under half the price of new lens. I bought an external 4tb HD and made all backups myself in my free time)

Can I ise dual shock 4 controllers on my PS3 easily? Like are they meant for it?

Some games work but a lot of them won't control properly. Dual Shock 4s are not designed for use with the PS3.

Are there any good games like mass effect 3 for ps3?

Do you have Batman: Arkham Asylum or Batman: Arkham City? If you don't then I would start with those games. Here are some more that are great games:

Assassin's Creed
Assassin's Creed II
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
Assassin's Creed: Revelations
Assassin's Creed III (Release Date: 10/30)
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Are you tired of violence in video games?

With everybody hopping on the mainstream bandwagon most people tend to ignore the big-hit indie games that are out there. I play a LOT of games, and half of them are non-violent because half of them are fun games like (I know these are not new, but) Braid, and Super Meat Boy. You can find PLENTY of non-violent games that are amazing. Keep an eye out for Edmund McMillan's new Mewgenics that's coming out, him and tommy have been working on it and it's most likely going to be as great a game as Super Meat Boy.

It is true that much of the mainstream market is taken over by COD, GOW, GOW, AC, ect. But the good thing about it is that you get a much better community for the great indie games that come out. (FTL, Binding of Isaac, ect.)

I don't know what kind of game you're really looking for, but if you really want to find great games open your mind a little and find them, there are plenty out there.

Addition:

To answer the questions themselves (that I just now noticed in the details).. Yes. Companies are overdoing it a LOT with sequel after sequel of games that really need to end. The issue now is that companies want money more then true fans of their games.. Even Dark Souls 2.. they shouldn't do it, they should focus on perfecting Dark Souls.. and although i'm looking forward to Dark Souls 2 more than anything i've ever wanted.. I think that going overboard and just making sequels to things is ruining gaming.

As for violence.. no. It's not something that matters to me. All I care about is a strong original-ish (because everythings been done..) story and smooth controlls (Super Meat Boy again).

In my opinion though, the issue these games are having is that they don't make them hard.. They need to return to the era of Hardcore gaming.. really.. really need to.

What video game consoles did you have growing up? And which was your favourite?

I grew up playing the PlayStation One in the very early days. Games such as Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 & 2 and the very first Spiderman games on the PS1 (My first time acknowledging what sequels were too) consumed most of my hours as a smol goofy boi. This was the age of probably 3-7.The forerunner console to this, now I'm talking like age 1-3 so I barely have much recollection, was the Nintendo 64. I remember playing a very early Rainbow Six game which was pretty epic, but I was way too young to actually grasp anything. Now, even though at around 6 I was playing PS1, a new kid crashed the party and pretty much flipped my life upside down… the Xbox, specifically a preowned one that came with Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, and Halo: Combat Evolved. The Xbox became my favourite as I began to get more games on it, and it was the only place I could play Halo: CE and 2, so it pretty much had to be my favourite.Aside from major consoles, I also had a Nintendo DS which was real awesome, but gradually became less active as I started to grow up and become interested in other things.I wish I could experience the Xbox and the Nintendo 64 again, they give me happy memories. :)Thanks for the A2A!
