Tattoo cover-up ideas?
I don't believe that the white and then skin color idea will work at all. With tattoo ink, you must always remember that the darkest ink predominates... kind of like if you had a black line or dot of a Sharpie, you could try to put white marker over it, but it will not cover it. Laser removal is the only way that you can lighten and possibly completely remove these. This is approximately $250 a session, and you would have to consult with a laser technician as to how many sessions you would need. Black is the easiest to remove with laser though. Your only other option is to change what it is, to then also change the meaning. It doesn't have to be circular to cover it up. I had my ex's name tatted on my forearm in black ink. I covered it up with a black panther standing on a tree branch. You can cover it with ANY tat that is larger and darker than the one you're covering up.

Hey Jeremiah. Ignore all the ******* with their pathetic jabs. First off let me say that you would be surprised at what a good artist that specializes in cover ups is capable of. In most cases a cover up is going to be bigger (3 or 4 times bigger) and darker. This is a site with over 400 excellent examples of cover ups. I need ideas on a tattoo cover up?
I have a cover up tattoo. It was a horrible tribal piece that I grew to loathe. I found a good, reputable artist and let him design something for me, with the exceptions that I didn't want skulls and I didn't want pink. He drew up and gave me the perfect tattoo, the one you see in my picture. Moral of the story: you get a better cover up tattoo if you let the artist have creative control over it. Skulls would be easy to put over a tribal scorpion, as long as you weren't picky on the exact design. Good luck to you on your tattooing adventure.

Leg tattoo cover up ideas?
basically i'm 19 and i'm getting a tattoo in the next few days. i'm getting a tattoo on my leg just right on top of my ankle. a koi fish tattoo. i was just wondering in the future how could i cover up the tattoo. i know by wearing pants but is there any other way. i guess that most jobs you have to wear pants instead of shorts. my parents are okay with it but if i go out with them they want me to wear pants. is there any other way i could cover it up. some kind of cream for men? i'm considering not getting a tattoo because it will be hard to find work. do you guys have any experience with finding work while having a leg tattoo?
