You do see such variation. Some birds are great at remembering where they hid hundreds or even thousands of buried food caches. Some can tell the calls of their chicks or mates apart from hundreds of others. Some have songs hardwired into their genome while others learn as they mature. You can see differences in the size of both entire brains and specific regions within the brains of separate species or even sexes within the same species.All of these differences can be explained by natural selection. Species with food caches need better spatial awareness. Species that form groups need to be able to tell apart different individuals. Parasitic species need their songs hardwired into their genome so they don’t end up mating with their host species.Which brings you to the complex relationship between parasites that lay eggs in other birds’ nests and the selection on the host to either toss out the egg or deal with it. Telling a fake apart from a real egg involves a variety of factors such as smell, color, and size. Some species are better at it than others. Sometimes being able to tell the fake apart is a bad thing because the mother of the parasite may retaliate if the fake is tossed out. Other times it is a good thing because the fake would kill the real chicks. These are often behaviors that these species have from birth, which means that any differences between species are due differences in their brains.That’s just with birds. You still have facial recognition in social wasps, learning behaviors in different species of bat, sensory processing in naked mole rats, visual communication in cuttlefish and a variety of other cognitive tasks. There is as much variation in intelligence as there are situations that require a brain. It is much more nuanced that just “this species is smarter than this one”. Unlike humans, most animals didn’t evolve ridiculously large and metabolically expensive brains. It is usually more efficient to fine tune what you have for what you need instead of just making everything bigger.

USA allows American chickens to be shipped to China for processing, and after completion of that process they shipped back their processed chickens to USA.Same as above IRELAND shipped fishes to China for cleaning and after completion of cleaning fishes they shipped back to Ireland from China.Now the question raises in your mind why they all doing this such a long procedure and cost of shipping?Answer is in America the labour charge is minimum 7.5 dollars, but in China 0.5 dollars. Same for Ireland too , the shipping charge was very low and they can send 1000 of tons.US citizens don't even know about all these procedures.
