Help My Hand Something In Hand/ Under My Skin And It Feels Weird When I Stretch My Hand

Compulsive stretching of hands & excessive yawning? Other unusual symptoms.?

21 y.o female, generally good health besides not drinking enough water

Recently, I have had multiple episodes in which I get a very strange feeling in the "webbing" of my hands and feet. It gives me an insatiable need to stretch my fingers and toes apart. Once I have stretched them, they seem to become irritated and the feeling grows even stronger. It is not enjoyable, and even very upsetting as the feeling gets worse and worse. My fingers also feel stiff. I get this strange feeling "inside" my ears during some episodes. Yawning gives temporary relief similar to stretching. The whole thing gives me quite a bit of anxiety once its starts, but if its the cause or effect of the anxiety.

I was also born with Duane's Syndrome, an eye disorder which I had surgery for at 18 months. I don't necessarily think its directly correlated, but I have experienced Trigeminal Neuralgia like symptoms from the time I was a young child which may be attributed to the surgery. MRI/CT 5 years ago showed nothing, and TMJD was ruled out. As of late, particularly from the cold, I have been getting twinges of pain in the trigeminal nerve. Not full blown pain, but small scale shocks in my face. Other strange symptoms the past year include teeth chattering and feeling light headed when standing, including one episode of passing out.

I know I'm throwing a lot out there
I figure there's a better chance that some of my unusual/rare symptoms are correlated than all occurring on their own.

Thanks!

Why do weird letters and marks keep randomly appearing on my skin?

Yesterday, the word "ROXU," whatever that means, appeared on my hand out of nowhere. It looked like it was under the skin. Also, there are three weird marks right next to each other on my leg that appeared out of nowhere today. They look like bites and stung for a while, but now they don't hurt. Am I being haunted or something?

Does anyone else hate touching paper after washing your hands?

IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!!! It's like a "fingernails scraping the chalkboard" kind of hate. It feels soooo weird. No one else I know understands me when I try to explain it. They think I just don't like getting paper wet and I should dry my hands more thoroughly but it's not that! I try all the time to make sure there is no wetness at all left on my hands after I wash them but it just has this temporary aftermath that makes me cringe after I feel any kind of paper material. Please tell me if you know what I'm talking about! You can even explain why it happens if you know that much.

Why does dirt still come off my skin when I dry off after I shower?

The dirt on the skin is not really dirt. It is dead skin cells mixed with oil and sweat secretions of the skin. Washing your body with soap is enough to clean the skin. Using loofah helps remove more dead skin cells that gives you a good feeling but it doesn’t really clean your skin more.Scrubbing the skin with harsh loofah or chemicals can irritate the skin and will remove protective oily layer on top of the skin. Skin reconstruct its protective layer in almost 20 minutes and thus if your skin felt oily before the shower, will be the same almost same after 20 minutes. The best practice is washing your body with soap with or without a soft loofah and don’t put too much unnecessary trauma to your skin.
