How much weight will I lose by not eating for a week?

I did this once, well I didn’t eat for 10 days. I made sure to keep pretty hydrated and probably excersised about 1–2 hours on average a day. I lost 5kg and I also lost my period. I didn’t notice any other physical changes although when I did start eating normally again (because I didn’t have an eating disorder but a more complicated psychological problem) I gained back all of the weight I lost in about a week, eating normally so about 2000 calories a day because of messing up my metabolism.I wouldn’t recommend doing this as after a few days I stopped feeling normal hunger and instead would get extremely painful cramps and pains in my stomach for around 15 minutes a couple of times a day. I got out of breathe from even walking, was very dizzy all of the time (honestly surprised I didn’t faint)They also wanted to send me into a hospital but luckily I started eating again so avoided being an inpatient. All in all you probably shouldn’t do this but if you do I lost about 5 kg but I don’t know if you would loose a similar amount or not

I walk about 10 kms everyday What are the chances of weight-loss?

100 percent chances of weight loss.Be assured of this claim I am making.I have been doing a target walk of 10 plus km daily.My day starts with a dire urge to walk.I have selected a path, a target place to reach by foot, and is 4.5 km away atleast , and is not a circuitous road. Once I reach there, I return back .There are no shortcuts to the target place.Within 20 days, my weight has reduced from 72.5 kg to 70.6 kg. The blood sugar has improved from 198 pp to 123 pp/ 117 pp now, and fasting sugar from 148 to 83–90 over this period. Random sugar hovers around 83 to 120 .Earlier I used to feel bad when hungry, now I must remember that it is my food time.My blood pressure appears to have fallen from 145/94 to 140/82.My pants are difficult to be retained on waist, they tend to slip down.I walk, do a gradual pace , and I maintain a pace which has been consistently at 4.5 km in 50 minutes.Steps I take are about 12000 each day.Weight is uniformly falling by about 100 grams a day.In order to do this I take a green smoothy in morning with 2 eggs.Breakfast at 9 am with very small bread of mixed grains and green vegetables.Lunch with a small bread with same breakfast vegetable.Dinner is a vegetable soup or beans, or small bread.No sugars at all.Unless I maintain more calories spent than intake, I cannot lose weight.If I feast, my weight increases by 400 grams approx the next day.So this is my case.Totally factual.I am only 3 weeks into it, hope to do it for 3 decades more.My age is 54 and I am a male.My energy level is multifold now, overall body tone , and strength has improved.Good luck.
