My parents get mad at me for everything i do!?
i dont know why but everyday i get yelled at for something i did or something i did wrong. the other day my dad flipped on me because he said i didnt put effort into doing the dishes... last semester i got my first B ever and my mom spent about 2 hours yelling at me because i dont tryin school. are you kidding? im a freshman in high school, taking all honors and shes not even satisfied with that. another thing is that whenever i play soccer, she yells at me the whole ride home! she calls me a laxy, ungrateful, unapreciative little *****. the other day she got mad because id idnt do everyones laundry( i purposly do mine seperate so that i dont have to do others laundry) and she yelled at me then i rolled my eyes at her and she told me my spring break was over.; i was planing on going to 2 parties that i had been invited to moinths ago. i cannot stand it anymore, they make me sooo mad! my dad thinks im incapable of doing anyting. he gives me lessons on how to pu soap in the dishwasher, how to hang a coat on a hanger and even how to fold a damn blanket! im not 5 anymore dad! ughh help meeee
Why do parents get so mad about hickeys...?
Honestly? You want a real answer? Here goes: Anyone who comes home from a party at age 19 with a hickey is someone who has been behaving like a child. You are a legal adult, start acting like one. Your parent thinks you go to a party to do party things not sexual things and that is exactly what a hickey implies. Some one did NOT just "kiss" your neck! You were going at a make out pace hard and heavy and they clamped their mouth on your neck and sucked liked an industrial strength shop vac. We KNOW how hickey's happen! You said yourself that your parents never discussed the fact that you have had sex. I think they should have but apparently it's not a subject they want to interfer in. So if they avoided talking about it, what makes you think they are comfortable with you coming home sporting proof positive that you are out there doing what you do? The logical conclusion any parent is going to arrive at is if you allowed the guy to suction your neck then what the hell of his were YOU sucking on? Use your common sense! These are obviously not images they want and you walk in like a 14 year old displaying pre-sexual or sexual behaviors. So have some respect for the home turf and if the guy wants to try and drain your neck of fluids shove a boob in his mouth but don't hickey the neck. It's just soooo juvenile and not classy. Apologize to mom and tie a scarf around your neck anyway.

so i pierced my cartilage and my parents were fine with it.,..then i pierced my second one because i want a triple cartilage. i didnt know how theyd react to that one but i did it anyway. ive been keepign my hair down around my parents. well long story short my mom found out about it tonight! shes sooooo mad its unreal! she told me we'll talk about it tomorrow, but i need advice on how to handle the situation! help!
My parents get SOOO MAD when I wear makeup?
I'm 16. I'm 16 fcking years old. And i'm basically a model child. I'm smart and have straight As, I never fight at school, I have amazing friends who aren't a bad influence on me, I don't sleep around with guys, I've never smoked weed or did any other drugs, I've never even had a drink, and I hardly party. I probably WOULD be doing alot of those things, if my parents would ever allow it. But they don't. And that's fine, cause there are other ways to have fun. But the thing is... instead of being happy that i'm basically the PERFECT daughter, my parents get mad at me over the stupidest little things. such as makeup. I came home today with foundation, mascara and lip gloss on and my mom FREAKED OUT. Apparently wearing makeup is taboo and it means I want to be a prostitute or something. Wtf? My parents were all like "You need to stop wearing makeup, it's unacceptable, stop caring so much about what you look like, it's going to ruin your face, why can't you just be natural? blah blah blah" I'M A FREAKING GIRL GOD DAMNIT. OF COURSE I CARE WHAT I LOOK LIKE. UGHHHHHHH. it pisses me off so much! The only reason i even wear foundation is because i have this disfiguring scar on my face that needs to be covered up and i'm also insecure without it. and as for the mascara and lipgloss, well it just makes me look prettier... and i'd rather look good. but forreal... Wtf am i supposed to do in this situation? and how do i get my parents to stop being such douches about it? Like.. makeup? REALLY? of all things to get mad about. smfh. someone help me ;/
How to pay my ticket without my parents knowing?
I'm only 17 and just got my first ticket for going 55 in a 40 and last week I got in two at-fault accidents (in my driveway + parking lot, insurance only knows about the driveway one) but my parents are going to be sooo mad so I'm thinking of just paying it without telling them. I get paid this Friday so I know I can but I have a few questions: 1. It says appearance on or before 10 days, so does that mean i have to pay it within 10 days? 2. the cop told me to call the court house number, but can i just go in the court house and pay instead? 3. How much do you think it's going to cost? I live in Michigan if that matters

Explain to your parents everything that you just explained to us. Write it down, or type it up, whatever makes you comfortable. Make sure you tell them everything that's on your mind, and tell them what you want to do. They might react badly, but that's only because they're upset and concerned. They love you; I know they do.
