Pc problem?
my pc is not starting. this problem is happened ten days ago and it was solved by a setting in miotherboard[i dont know how my dad has done it] how to repair it [monitor is ionly showing "cheak you r PC monitor is working.PC is starting when i turn on it but OS choise Menu did not appear i mean nothing except cheak your PC appears]

Now I'm trying to install this game onto my computer: Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast Upon trying to install Jedi Outcast hoping to see the launcher I receive this window: GURU MEDITATION FAILURE! Assertion failed : "LecSetup_GetSetup(g_env["DataDir"],&M _plecSetup)"! File: C:\CWS\cpp\FrameWork\_lfx\ Source\lfx_System.cpp Line:231 Abnormal Termination Select Retry for an enviornmental Dump. Upon clicking retry a new window opens up that says :JediOutcast.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience. Can Any one help me with this problem? Can anyone tell me what the problem means? and is there anyway to Fix this problem? Thanks.

I'm not all that familiar with Bitdefender, but currently I am using Norton Internet Security. Many sites automatically put shhhtuff on your computer. Try downloading SuperAntispyware. Click on the "Free Edition Download." And once installed run a complete scan. You'll be surprised with the results! Even though I have my virus program running in the background, this picks up things that my anti virus program does not! PLEASE HELP - PC problem!!?
This problem has also occured in the past, and its getting costy to have my PC repaired everytime - so please if you can help, even suggestions are appreciated, thankyou in advance. When today, I turned on the PC the screen was blue and the message on it was "Windows has shut down to prevent damage to the PC OUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME Disable or remove new installed hardware software Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If need remove or disable safe mode componens - by restarting PC - press F8 then selevt advanced startup option and then selevt safe mode. Technolgy Information: STOP: 0X000000 ED (0X8674C900 X 0X0C0000006, 0X00000000, 0X00000000) " So, in basics I have to disable and remove any new programme? But, how do I achieve this without being able to access internet. The PC fails to run miscrosoft successfully and "Disk boot failure - inset system disk" I have microsoft XP. Need help PC Build Problem?
I'm having problems setting up my desktop, can you please help? Here are my problems: 1.) PC only boots once, when i press the power button it connects to the monitor, but if i turn it off the second time, it doesn't want to connect to the monitor. The PC only boots and connect to the monitor if i reset the CMOS. 2.) When i boot the computer the first time, it's going fine until it hits the Window LOGO screen. You mentioned that sometimes your cpu runs at 100%. you must first investigate why this is happening. To find that out, open the Task manager by right clicking the task bar at the bottom of your screen and click on the performance tab, then check which process is consuming the most of your cpu-this process could be causing the lag in your pc. I think that this could be the root of the problem apart from faulty cables.I would like to advice you to do the following-Try stopping the process consuming the most cpu resources (from task manager)and stop it to see if the problem persists.Install cc cleaner or tuneup utilities and try cleaning junk from your system.Try reinstalling your graphic driver.Refresh your system- This option restores your pc settings (But Proceed with some care. Read everything that comes on the screen before proceeding)If nothing solves your problem, try formatting your windows partition on the hard drive.Best of luck.

i get an error while opening cod4,the error is my video card or driver doesn't support separate alpha blending glow then it says glow will be disabled or something like that,then i click ok but nothing happens....how can i fix this without buying a new VGA??....i have a Nvidia GeForce FX5500 256mb 128bit AGP 4x/8x wit pixel shader 2.0....i thought that cod4 is compatible with just pixel shader 2.0 but why do i have this error??....i really need help i just bought the game and i wanna play it not waste it...i tried can you run it,it says i cn with minimun requirements.....etc.. my spec: CPU: Pentium 4 2.4Ghz VGA: Nvidia GeForce FX5500 256mb 128bit AGP 4x/8x RAM: 1.2GB OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Direct X: Direct X 11.
Sound problem!! Please,please help :( (PC)?
I've recently changed PC's, it's a custom made. i didn't make it so not sure on the details of the PC's spec. But i'm having a problem where apparently according to playback. Sounds are going out but i'm not hearing anything. I check in sound and it's playing but it isn't in reality My speakers AND headphones work on other computers and on vista. So what's the problem with this one..I'm not even sure where to start exactly. I tried to sort it out before and i ended up having to reinstall vista on to this pc. Now other than just getting XP (which isn't going to happen and im sure vista isn't the prob as ive used the speakers on headphones before with it) what do i do? or what do i go about doing?? or what's the problem i'm having!? I've gone through the normal microsoft troubleshooters and checked out my device manager etc etc and now i'm at my wits end :(

Resident evil 4 on pc problem please help?
hi all, i've just installed resident evil 4 on my pc and its come up with a Game.EXE erreor, its says this application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found re-installing the application may fix the problem. but i dont know what that means and i have installed it twice now , can anyone please help me, thanks in advance.
