Help Santa Broke Into My House

Can I kill a robber in my house if they broke in?

So about a month ago, the house across the street got robbed when the residents of the home were out of town. Now about 2 days ago, they broke into my next door neighbor's house while he was away. No one heard anything but all the doors were broken in and they stole a bunch of stuff and it all happened quickly

They probably broke into their house because my neighbor was the one talking to the cops when the first robbery happened. Now, my parents talked to the cops this time and I'm afraid that they'll try to rob my house

I suspect it's the new neighbors down the street, because after they moved in, all of this started happening. They also stay up at night, even after 1 AM. I'm a well fight guy that trains mixed martial arts, but I'm afraid I can't do anything to the robbers if they have a gun or a weapon, so I'm going to buy an axe and a knife. I don't have much money for a gun

Can I kill the robbers even though they don't show a weapon on them? Because I wouldn't want to wait for them to show me they have a gun or a knife, before I take action

And if it ever happens, I'll make sure to record every second of it on my iPod

Help My Gingerbread House was Broken Into Last Night!?

My son broke away and told the mall Santa his presents are lame and unfair. I chewed him out, did I overreact?

I'm sorry but that is just too I'm sorry but that is just too funny. If I was that Santa I would be cracking up. Can you imagine being a Mall Santa and then getting the third degree from some kid?You might want to sit. Your son down and ask him why he thinks his preasants are lame and unfair. And with out ego asses weather he is correct or not.And then see if his opinion and the reality of the situation can find common ground. I'm sorry but that situation is just too funny I think I'd be mortified. I had two younger sisters that was 13 years younger than me that I helped raise. In addition to that I raised eight children. I never had that problem with any of them. I did have one threatening to blow up a school once in kindergarten. That was a fun call. And there was that time that she and her brother where in the bedroom and she called nine-one-one and hung up. So I'm sitting in the kitchen and I have police running into my house. That was another fun moment and I believe she's the same one who put a fork in the microwave. And caught the house on fire. Of All My Children she's the one who gave me the most trouble.

Boyfriend broke up with me and is holding my house key hostage. HELP.?

My boyfriend (well-ex boyfriend now) broke up with me on Saturday. I begged him to work on things with me (we've been together over 2 years and went through a 7 month long distance relationship) he said no, he didn't want to work on things, so i said fine and left.

He kept texting me and telling me how i was a good girlfriend and he wants the best for me, but he kept throwing in how much he missed me and how he hoped he made the right decision and that we will be together again, and how he wanted to grow old with me

I told him that i needed him to return my house key so that i could block his number and begin the healing process...HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T WANT TO TALK ANY MORE. Since i sent that, i can't get him to respond to any of my texts or return my key.

Is he hurt? Is he trying to keep lines of communication open b/c he's not sure he made the right decision? or is he just being an ******?

My house got broken into...Are burglars scared of alarm systems?

You mentioned:
- Alarm
- Dog
- Camera

These are known as deterrents. They are designed to deter but not prevent crime. The idea is that a sober criminal would observe that your home had three deterrent measures in place and would choose to burglarize a neighboring property that had no deterrent measures.

Banks, also have alarms and security cameras. In fact their systems are a much better design than ones you could purchase for your home. However, you still see banks being robbed - so it's all relative.

You mentioned you lived on an acreage. That leads me to believe that you may live a rural area. Typically rural areas have a longer response time from law enforcement agencies than in the heart of the city. You might see if you could get together with your neighbors. Talk about locking your doors and windows, keeping your vehicles locked and look for and report suspicious vehicles.

A man came into my house saying he was being chased. Was he trying to rob me?

It is possible, it wouldn't be the first time people have feint injury or fear for personal gain. When in doubt just keep the door shut, locked and arm youself while contacting 911. If they really are in trouble, I wouldn't want to subject myself to it without being of help as well as falling for a stupid trick. It may suck to see someone in need an not help but for all you know hes being chased by drug hallucinations or is a fugitive themselves.Best bet - protect yourself first worry about others later

Is santa asian??????????

What do you do if a burglar dressed as santa claus breaks into your house?

should you call 911 and if you do will they take you seriously. and what if he threatens you? do you say santa broke into my house and is threatening me? Or if you report and the officer asks you to describe what the burglar looked like, and what if all you can say is he looked like santa claus. then what

How old should a child be when they stop believing in Santa Claus?

I remember when I was five years old, and my older sister broke the news to me. I was in tears when she convinced me that Santa was just a lie. I felt betrayed, because she explained to me that it just my parents building up this big fantasy for me, and when the curtain fell, I was upset, and confused. There is some intrinsic value in breaking this illusion to a child. Children will learn that adults are not always going to be 100% truthful to you all the time, not even your parents.Shit! The lore of Santa teaches kids some other messed up things too. For example: it’s okay to break into someone house and raid their kitchen, provided that you give them free stuff. Sorry, kids, but the world doesn’t work that way. And oh, let’s not forget the creepy lyrics: “He sees you when you’re sleeping. He knows when you’re awake. He knows if you’ve been bad or good” ... *shudders* that has creepy stalker vibes written all over it.So, yeah, don’t go too far with the Santa shit when raising your kids. It will save them a lot of emotional problems later.

If you were told that Santa was real, how did it feel to find out the truth? My parents never told me Santa was real, so I've wondered if it felt like a break of trust to others, or if it was just "innocent fun" as I've heard some parents say.

I wasn’t really.. told that santa wasn’t real.It was screamed. Loudly on the bus. When I was only 10 and wanted so, so badly to hold on to my fleeing childhood. One kid who sat near me, decided to scream “SANTA ISN’T REAL!” At the top of his lungs. At first I thought he was just lying again. But then his friends chimed in.“Hey don’t say that so loud there are first graders on the bus!”“Shush!!!”“Hah what if someone didn’t know that already.”“Yeah I saw my parents putting presents down.”I was confused. Is Santa real? When I got home, I told my mom about the boy’s outlandish lie, and laughed nervously. My mom didn’t laugh. I looked at her. Petrified.I couldn’t lose Santa too. Not another piece of childhood.“Honey, I have something to tell you.”My eyes widened.“It’s about santa…”I sighed.“He’s not real is he?”“No… I’m sorry honey.”I cried. I cried so hard. It felt like a part of me broke inside. I curled into a ball and wept, realizing that this means the tooth fairy isn’t real either. Or the easter bunny. Or the leprechaun. They’re all lies.My mom explained to me the real legend of Santa Claus, about how he WAS a real person but is now just sort of a spirit inside all of us. I felt a bit better, but I still cried. It was hard for me to get into the Christmas spirit that year. I kept thinking about how it’s all lies. Rudolph, Santa, elves. They’re all lies.I felt so betrayed.I thought about all the presents I’ve gotten from Santa. And how my parents bought all of them. With their own money.I cried again. Why?Why would they do this? Why was I lied to?
