Help Should I Buy This Dress Is It Beautiful Or Does It Look Plain

Sick and tired of looking so plain to school. Can you help me with outfits please? Thank you!?

Ok! Well, my style inspiration is Massie Block from the Clique series.
I try to dress well to school, but I always end up looking drab when I have potential.
This is what I look like, so you can get an idea of colors and makeup and such:

I LOVE Forever 21.
Don't like Hollister.
Any ideas? Thanks everyone!

Is this wedding dress too plain?

I've always been fashionable, but I've always stayed on the simpler side of things since I love the minimalist look. I was looking at wedding dresses and this one was well within my budget, and I thought it was classy and timeless while still having some sexiness with the deep v-neck. I love the dress but I'm afraid that it will be too plain to wear on my wedding day and that my guests (especially my fam) might not like it. What do you think?

Is my prom dress too plain?

I'm in grade 11 and going to prom as a date. It's not my prom so I figured I shouldn't be too fancy, but I'm starting to think my dress is too plain/casual? Is it ok? How can I dress it up and make it look fancier? Thanks!

Is my prom dress too plain? And what should I do with my hair?

This is my dress: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=20874826 in the tropic pink
I am in love with the way the dress looks on me, it also has a slit at the side that you can't see in the photo. But looking at other peoples prom dresses, I'm afraid mine is too plain, what do you think? Should I add something to make it fancier? And what should I do with my hair?

I have brought a plain prom dress, should I sew some sequins and attach diamontes?

I have just bought my Prom dress. It's a deep red, and strapless with a tight fitting boddice and a lasce up back. It's a plain satin and looks classy, but i'm not sure if it's suitable for a prom? All my friends have decorative dresses. I could easily sew some sequins on and glue on some swarksovi(?) crystals on the boddice or bottom half? What do you think?

What do you think of an ugly girl who dresses well?

Note: I am not criticizing the looks of either actress in my examples, they are both beautiful women. What I am pointing out is how flattering or unflattering clothing choices can reflect on a person and affect how they are received by others.Everyone looks better when they dress “well”. Good dress sense and care for one’s appearance present a person in the best light. These things also reflect well on one’s judgement, showing that they care, that they understand what is appropriate, and that they have a sense of self respect. This is at least as important as being particularly “beautiful” in terms of how one interacts with others. Conversely, a very beautiful person who does not exercise good judgement in how they dress may put people off because they seem bizarre, or to lack self respect or good judgement. (See: Britney Spears circa 2007 breakdown.)examples:Lovely, intelligent, quirky actress Mayim Bialik was on the closet makeover show What Not To Wear a couple years back. Her acceptable if a bit ho-hum look was upgraded to a more flattering and chic look. Comparing some of her “before” looks as well as those of her fashion challenged character on the Big Bang Theory to her more recent public appearances shows the good a little smart dressing can do.Before:After:Love her or hate her, polarizing actress Lena Dunham is known for her character Hannah on Girls, who also makes questionable choices in how she dresses - let’s say “unflattering”. Although she doesn’t always hit the mark (sorry, but its true) Lena has demonstrated in real life that smart dress sense can be quite transformative. Before:After:
