There is a girl staying in Dakar Senegal and she wants me to help her transfer her father's money. She is the next kin of her father. Is it a scam?
Let me guess, a 21 or 22 year old girl who was a first year student, wants your help to transfer 9.7 million dollars that belonged to her late father out of the country, and can't because she is a refugee. And weirdly she keeps adding in facts that either enforce the image that she is vulnerable (21 year old orphaned girl, alone in a refugee camp, in a country rife with political instability); or encourage you to trust her (hard-working student, father a rich man, probably with the title of Doctor); or try to push the religion angle by talking about a church camp, or mentioning God a lot.You have a few options here.1. Transfer the money to her. And then wait a week until she contacts you again asking for more money to sort out some difficulty in getting travel documents. And then wait a bit longer until she contacts you again needing more money to help her out because of another difficulty. And repeat ad infinitum until you either run out of money, or decide that actually in fact this is a scam, and that you'll never see the money, and that she'll (if it is even a "she") continue to come up with excuses to get money out of you.2. Transfer the money to her or provide your bank account details. Wait a few days until someone uses your details to transfer all the money out of your account.3. Ignore the message because it is a scam.Only one of the above options does not involve you loosing your money.This kind of 419 scam (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nig... ) has been dubbed the "Senegal refugee scam" or the "Senegal Sweetheart scam" , as it always appears to be from a young female from Senegal. Hey, I got this question before on the allexperts page and after I sent it I realized another option. If you can get it open use a syringe the plastic ones for giving babies medicine. Blend up his food (the insects) into a mush and place it into the syringe. Gently feed it to him. Maybe if he gets it on his lips he will try to lick it off. If you dont feel comfortable blending up crickets then get baby food. Chicken kind organic no chicken gravy or veggies and chicken. Just gound chicken. No salt or anything else be sure to check the ingredients. Do the saem thing with the syringe. I really hope he gets to eating. And yes a vet is very important as soon as possible.

Since this sensation is only following an ejaculation (and then only some of the time)... I don't think you are likely to have anything major to worry about. There is probably a sense of "fullness"; secondary to some ejaculate left yet in the urethra and there is significant engorement associated with the process... leading to this sensation. Just urinate following the ejaculation (if you can). Then don't worry about it...the sensation should resolve shortly. IF, you have the sensation you have to urinate (not associated with an ejaculation)...you could have a urinary tract infection or prostatitis. If you are urinating is small frequent amounts not associated with a recent ejaculation... then you should follow up with your doctor. It would be helpful to know your age...as 45 and up guys... tend to have prostate enlargement that could cause this symptom. Of course a disturbance in flow related to prostate enlargement deserves to be understood...prostate cancer can begin in the 40's and up. If you sense something is really wrong... you should just go to a urologist. That will give you piece of mind and they can go over all the things you should understand for "men's health" issues. There are a number of screening tests the physician can do to narrow down the etiology.
