Help To Find A Song. At The Beggining Of This Video. Lyrics Not From The Original Instrumental.

How to make an instrumental from vocaloid song?

I poked around, and it appears this song already has a karaoke:

When it comes to finding instrumentals for Vocaloid music, you want both a Nicovideo account and a Piapro account. Youtube simply isn't reliable. If you can find the original title of the song (in this case, 没落のカンパネラ) and search for it. You don't need to know Japanese, most videos that reprint from Nico contain the original link or video ID. Some key terms to remember:

ニコカラ - NicoKara database. Huge listing of off-vocals with lyric videos. Good tag to search!
カラオケ - "Karaoke"
オケ - "Oke" short for karaoke
インスト - "insuto" short for instrumental
inst - also short for instrumental
off vocal/vocal off - as it says
コラース/chorus - if you see something like this, it means the karaoke might contain harmonies

Some songs though don't have an instrumental. You CAN make one by using this technique and the free software Audacity, but they always sound all echoy and weird: http://www.instructables.com/id/Making-a...
Other methods include using more professional sound editing software, and I'm not too familiar with them.

Name of Linkin Park song that is purely instrumental?

They have a lot of instrumentals.

Session, Cure For The Itch, Wake, Foreword, A.06, Announcement Service Public, Lockjaw, Sold My Soul To Yo Mama...

The more common ones are at the beginning of the list.

Do you remember anything else about it? You might want to try looking those ones up and see what you find.

Do you know where to find an instrumental version of Remembering Sunday by All Time Low?

It's super easy to make. Use Audacity to rip the vocals off (YouTube video tutorial.)
To start, because I'm pretty sure it's not in the video, download Remembering Sunday from 4shared.com (even if you have it on iTunes, you have to do this because the sound files from iTunes aren't supported by Audacity) and save it in a folder on your desktop. Open Audacity and click File, Import, Audio, and then find the song. Then follow the intructions in the video and you should be good. I know it's gonna sound weird and you'll kinda of hear the backgroud vocals, but I've used this for performances and it's fine.If you have any other questions, you can email me. Or I can do it for you and send the final project to you via email, just let me know :)

What are the lyrics to "Shake Me Loose", the original theme song to "Bosom Buddies"?

The theme song for Bosom Buddies is called "Shake Me Loose". The music is by Dan Foliart & Howard Pearl. The lyrics were written by Chris Thompson (one of the show's creators).

When the show originally aired in the early 80's it's theme song was Billy Joel 's "My Life". An instrumental version of "Shake Me Loose" was used over the closing credits. When the show went into syndication, "Shake Me Loose" (with vocals) became the opening theme song. The instrumental remained as the closing theme. My theory is that "Shake Me Loose" was meant to be the theme from the start, but was changed - possibly because of the network.

I can't seem to find the lyrics anywhere. Still looking though. I'll edit if I find them.

Where can I find a good quality instrumental/no vocals version of "Satellite" by Dave Matthews Band?

I'm doing a contemporary dance to the song at a performance, but the requirements specifically say songs cannot have lyrics. I need to find an alternative version to my original song or find an instrumental song counting in six counts.

What apps can identify a song based on my humming or singing a part of the song?

MidomiAds by GoogleMidomi is a neat well-designed website and a unique search engine that’s powered by your voice. Thevoice search takes up just a corner because Midomi also has a large community of music lovers behind it. Midomi’s ultimate goal is to build the most comprehensive database of searchable music, part of it with user contributions.ShazamShazam is a song identifier app (and also works like a tagging app) you can carry along in your smartphone. Shazam is supported on iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Nokia, and Windows Phone 7. With Shazam you can simply hold your phone up to the song to identify the track, buy it, check out the videos, and share it with friends. Unlike Midomi however, you have to play the track for Shazam to identify it with a tag – humming won’t cut it.MusipediaMusipedia is a melody search engine. As the site explains (to search a tune) – probably of the three, Musipedia gives you the best search combo to find a song if you can’t place it by name. You can use the available online tools like the Flash or Java based piano; you can draw notes with your mouse; whistle a tune into the mic; search by tapping the rhythm with the keyboard; use the Parson’s code; or simply use old-fashioned text search. The collection of tunes, melodies, and musical themes is freely editable by anyone. The site welcomes contributions to build-up the database.Hope it was helpful :)
