Help Which Market Is A New Lunch Box

How do i get permanent marker off of a tin lunchbox?

A dry erase marker or one of those Mr. Clean Magic Erasers!

Get ahold of any normal dry erase marker.

Test the dry erase marker on an inconspicuous area of the surface you want cleaned to see if it wipes off cleanly (but only after 5 or so seconds so that the ink can dry).

Draw over the entire dried sharpie mark with the dry erase marker. Give it 5+ seconds for the marker to dry completely, otherwise it will smear.

Wipe both marks away with an old rag or paper towel.
If the mark has been dried on for several days, repeat steps 3 and 4 more than once and perhaps with more pressure to wipe it off.

Will watermelon keep in a lunchbox?

I have to go to band camp tomorrow, and I wanna pack watermelon. I'm pretty sure we have lunch at 12, and it starts at 8, so it'll be in a lunchbox with an icepack for four hours. But I don't know if we'll be keeping it outside or not. My dad says it might not keep, but will it?
thanks. (:

My bento box lunch... (tips ??) im a vegetarian?

Here's a few ideas...these ingredients can be found in most Japanese markets.

-Cube up your tofu and dust it with Aji Nori Furikake (pronounced: Foo-ray-kah-kay). This product is a type of seasoning combined with toasted seaweed and sesame seeds. There are many types of Furikake.

-Make seaweed salad. There should be pre-packaged seaweed salads where you just add water and chill.

-Make up a batch of vegetable tempura: sweet potato, broccoli, carrot, asparagus

-Re: Other vegetarian onigiri fillings- Try some ume' (Japanese sour plums)...a very traditional onigiri filling.

-Red bean paste is fine for dessert. You can simply eat it with little crepes, lightly sweetened cookies. Or if you are really adventurous, learn how to make mochi. Then, fill the mochi with the sweet bean paste. For me it's easier to buy it all premade.

-Buckwheat soba noodles: Boil them up and toss them with a little toasted sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, chopped green onions.

-Rice topped with curried vegetables. They have premade curry sauces in most Japanese stores. Just check to make sure they are vegetarian. If not just add in curry based sauce to sauteed vegetables.

-Steamed Edamame (soybeans). Just sprinkle them with salt. Remove the shells & put them in one of the little compartments.

-Miso broiled vegetables...this would be a takeoff from MisoYaki (pork marinated in miso paste then grilled).

-Tamari Braised Shitake Mushrooms

Enjoy.

If I put ice cream in a Thermos lunch jar would it melt?

try placing the thermos in the freezer before hand and have an ice-pack next to it in your lunch bag. There is no guarantees that it wont melt because it really depends on your thermos, but give it a shot.

What is the history of bento lunch boxes?

‘Tiffin or lunch box’ Have you ever wondered how this small box was introduced to work at lunch break while working?Hello guys, I’m going to talk about this artical, about the history of Tiffin Box and its museum at work or at school. I hope you like it.History of Tiffin Box-History of Tiffin Box –The Lunchbox concept actually came from the American countries. At that time, small-scale employees used to take lunch or lunch after bundling food after wrapping the food in the cloth, whose condition was slightly fine, they used to take food in a basket and wooden cane basket. After this, the tin made of box (Box) used to be used was 1807.In the year 1904, a lunch box was introduced on the pattern of vaccum flask thermas in which food could be kept hot or cold for a long time, although the Trend of the wooden box remained in the 19th century. The first character came in the lunchbox market in 1935, this Mickey Mouse lunchbox made of oval shaped was made from tin, and it also had handles. After this, in 1950, Aladin Industries created a lunch box for the best children at a television show, Hopalong Cassidy, which people liked very well and then sold more than six million lunch boxes. After this, in 1954, lunch boxes of aluminum tin were introduced which were more durable and people started experimenting with a plastic box made of plastic and Vinyl. Before this, plastic material used to be used in the form of handles in the lunch box, but after this, it was used within the box, thus making the first molding plastic box in 1968.After that there were some more changes in the lunch box and today you have a new line of lunch for the young genration in front of you.The Lunch Box made of plastic and steel is the most unique and the largest lunch box in the world in Columbus, Georgia, where many lunch boxes are kept, the Allen Board has lunch boxes at the age of 56.This museum was started in the year 1991, in which there is a lunch box of the First World War, thousands of people arrive here to see it.If Allen believes that there are more than two thousand different design boxes, there are continue reading

Which company lunch box is best to use for the office? Cello Tiffins really stinks, can Tupperware make a difference?

When you say that Cello Tiffins stink, I would assume one of the following three:The containers seem thin, flimsy and bend easily when filled with food. The bags seem cheap or have little to no insulation and your food never stays warm ever. The tiffin seems just “okayyyy” and not worth what you paid for.Or you just want a better class of tiffin that looks classier and is functionally just as good.Plastics isn’t a complicated industry for someone that knows what they’re doing, taking advantage of it is just as easy as well. The difference between Indian giants like Cello & Milton vs. International Big wigs like Lock & Lock and Tupperware is the consistency of quality across their range. For most of the above reasons, Tupperware and Lock & Lock are far more consistent, have thicker sections of plastic, and therefore more sturdier and convenient to use. But of course, you will also have to keep in mind that their prices would be anywhere between 1.8x-2.5x. In terms of bag quality, I would also throw in Rubbermaid as a great option with very thick and durable quality bags which are worth their salt. (but considering they are imported, don’t expect them to be cheap). All things considered, the primary reason to get a name-brand like Tupperware is only to get a certain level of guarantee of consistency, whereas with Cello/Milton its a hit & a miss with some products being fantastic and others just completely missing the point. If you want to consider the best of both worlds, do also consider Cutting EDGE. The bags come in a large assortment of sizes and designs, have an insulation that’s 60% thicker than the Industry standard (which means that you can expect to keep your food hot for longer). Amongst their several unconventional designs you will find many that are unique in the Indian market and will definitely stand out as subtle and classy (think something that you would expect from a company like QuirkBox or Chumbak but without the crowded graphics at a fraction of their cost). The containers also always are consistently thick, safe and easy to use. They also have a great return policy so in case you’re not happy you could always return them as well or get an exchange in the blink of an eye.Hope that helps! =)
