Help Why Are There Over 20 Flies In My House Specifically On The Kitchen Window

Is it normal to feel bad for killing a moth(s)? Serious answers only please.?

It's not totally uncommon to feel bad about killing bugs. It just means you have a sensitive, compassionate spirit, and that is a beautiful thing - never lose it!

I always feel a little twinge when I kill a bug too. There is nothing wrong with taking life seriously.

You can prevent the moths from coming in your house by placing cedar blocks around various places in your house. Since moths destroy clothes I have cedar blocks in my closet to prevent them. Moths hate the smell of cedar. You can get the blocks at any home-type store (ie Linens n Things or Bed Bath & Beyond), and this way you won't have to kill them because they won't be coming inside at all.

If your trouble with them is extreme, get cedar chips or shavings from a Home Depot type of store and spread them on the ground around the outside edge of your entire house. Should do a lot to keep bugs away.

Best of luck to you sweetie!

What is the best way to kill fruit flies FAST! Please~~?

Ok, I left some fruit out a little too long... now I'm paying the price...I have a hot date coming over my place tomorrow night and EVERYTHING is spotless...but there are still fruit flies coasting around like it's all good! And I specifically recall her telling me that she hates fruit flies. Is there any way I can kill them all by the end of the day!? If you help me you'll have some serious good karma coming your way!

Pest Control: What are some ways to get rid of a lizard from my house?

There are hundreds of remedies out their to get rid of lizards.1 - throw garlic bulbs (not the whole thing in one spot) in your cupboards. They seem to like getting in cabinets. Also, through the in places through out the house where you see them a lot. Lizards HATE the smell of garlic and onions, speaking of which…#2 - Next time you break an egg open, save the shell, and put them in corners around your house. Change them weekly (don't ask me ask my 99 1/2 year old Granny - old people KNOW THINGS THE CIA DOESN'T!!)#3 - My favorite. Pepper spray! The kind that burns the snot out of someone trying to get you. Spray it in corners and around base boards. Get the kind with cayenne pepper in it. They hate cayenne pepper. ****WARNING**** MAKE SURE THE NOZZLE IS NOT AIMED YOUR WAY!! Don't judge me, I FREAKED!Oh and put mothballs around the edge of the outside of the house!Good luck!(NOZZLE FACING AWAY FROM YOU)

Every morning I have a bird knocking at my window at the same hour. Is it normal?

Yes. It is not a spiritual omen. Although, if you interpret it as such, it is.Many people have witnessed this, and it is most likely that the bird is fighting its' own reflection. I have once watched a male peacock fight (with pecks and kicks) its' own reflection in the dark but very shiny paintcoat of a brand new van. After half an hour of this, the van did not look quite as new anymore.Since birds are creatures of habit that can tell time quite accurately, it'll keep coming back as long as the rival is there. If you want it to stop you'll need to stop the reflection (or the access to it). Placing anything outside in front of the window would do that (shutters), or else make sure the window is lit from the inside (the darker a window, the more it reflects). Whitening from the inside, as Jon Richfield suggested, is also a good method.
