Help Why Cant I Stop Eating

I can't stop eating?

hey! I am your height and 110 but mostly muscle since I run everyday and am a gymnast. First off, stop your temptations! I have to say drink water! I learned I was actually thirsty when hungry! I used to drink vitamin water or flavored water, but drinking water for track and then going back to those drinks, they taste terrible! So drink a bottle of water in the morning before breakfast, and an hour before bed. Also, drink 5 sips of water between meals when your craving food. Snacks are ok, but try to get rid of the junk. Also, work out! Seriously, I was first doing no sports to doing exercise videos on tv everyday! I am seriously addicted! (btw I am 13) They are fun and after working out, I take a shower and feel so good, happy and refreshed! Trust me, just spend 10 minutes a day doing some intermediate cardio work outs. Look for some online too. I like doing it with guy instructors. The work out is better and I am more motivated for some reason!
Also, I wake up like on a weekend and get in some short shorts (soffes, something cute) a sports bra and a tank top. I put my hair up and I feel good. I am motivated now for the day to work out and eat good. Make sure to look good when working out. If you feel bad about yourself or feel ugly, then you wont work as hard! So put that mascara on, and work it!
Make a resolution for a skinnier happier you!
In the morning, do 5 push ups. (I did this in gym... first 5 was sooo hard! But it got so much easier! Trust me! Dont stop!) 20 crunches, take a minute break and 10 sit ups. It will burn, but it works! Burning means it is working! Do 30 seconds of mountain climbers and 12 burpees. Burpees are where you stand, squat, put your hands on the ground, stretch your feet back, jump your feet back to a squat and jump up. look it up on youtube. Do it every morning. This takes less then 5 minutes and will wake you up and make you feel good.
Try just walking, jumping rope, or just doing jumping jacks. My rooms in my basement, so everytime I went pass this chair, I put a jump rope on it, so I would get the jump rope and jump for a minute. There will be major results! The little things add up!

I can't stop eating junk food. Can you help?

I eat burgers from fast food places almost every day even when I have fruit, yogurt, cereal, and other healthy foods at my apartment. My girlfriend really loves me but she's losing attraction due to my weight and my lack of action. I don't know why I do this. I do want to lose weight and feel good working out, but then I'll just turn around and go to McDonald's and order 5 mcdoubles and eat them when I'm in a hurry.

This is partially because I am a college student and am often in a hurry, making the cooking and cleaning of eating at home seem like a pain. I was fed a lot of this food when I was a child with my parents and I always being on the road, and I feel like there's some kind of sick addiction there. I feel like I get a high when I'm eating this garbage, but then as soon as I'm done and I start packing the trash/wrappers/napkins my conscience kicks in as well as my stomach, telling me I'm a slob.

I guess what I'm asking is: How can I discipline myself to stop eating garbage food and eat healthy alternatives and find time to work out ? I feel like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde!

I can't stop eating? im 14. please help :(?

Im 14 and in 8th grade. school really stresses me out, and I dont know what to do about it. I have anxiety and depression (untreated, still working up the courage to tell my parents) The only comfort I really have is food, and I just eat all the time. Im average weight right now, but I'm super unhealthy. I try to not eat as much, but literally I can't stop. it makes my face totally break out but somehow i just cant stop eating, its like an addiction. I will eat anything I see, and I seriously wont stop, i have no will power. Does anybody have any advice for me :(

Carbohydrates do that. Once one has eaten chips, crisps, crackers, potato skins, corn chips, popcorn, pretzels, etc..it's difficult to stop eating them. They're mostly salty and crunchy and satisfy hunger only for a short time.

Eating heaps of carbs leads to inactivity, sluggishness, water retention, bloating, puffy eyes, distended abdomen, constipation, and low energy..not to mention obesity and cellulite.

Put them down. Go get a glass of water. Put on trainers and go for a walk. Work off those nasty, blubber-causing carb crisps and leave them for your soon-to-be obese sister.

I can't stop eating my boogers!? Please help!?

Okay so as a disclaimer I had sinus surgery about 6 months ago and there was always a bunch of scabs and **** in my nose, so I got in the habit of feeling up in there and picking at it a lot. Since then I just haven't stopped and now I always have a ton of boogers and my boogers are gooey a lot I can't just flick them so I end up eating them :( is this really bad!? Are boogers bad for you? How can I stop!?

How can I lose weight when I can't stop eating?

This question is me. Okay, let's see. I am 5'2 and I currently weigh 130 lbs. I once weighed 163 lbs. This journey wasn't much difficult(reason: I fell in love with the gym and the workouts) but at the same time it was time consuming. Weight loss should not be expected as soon as you start going to gym. I consider gym holy , I have two rules, like I don't waste more time between repetitions and I don't get to use my mobile phone in the gym. I stick to the excercises which I love doing increasing to a higher difficulty mode every time when I get used to the previous one. But once am done with a particular workout, I shift to a new one as the combinations of different workouts always helps toning up the body. And I burn 500-700 calories when I hit the gym . 4-5 days a week. Go to gym a year (holidays, personal reasons, weekends excluded) and then expect something. But trust me, IT WILL BE WORTHHH ITT!! Now the diet part. You should stay really good here. Diet is very very very important for weight loss. Let's not complicate this. I ate (which I still do) lot of vegetables, brown breads, 1-2 protein bar/day (choose with minimal sugar. Mine has 1g of sugar and 15g of protein), bagel for breakfast (love them), I snack on grapes (fav again) , I take two dates before workout. May be a protein bar after workout and I drink a herbal tea with no sugar before hitting the bed. It's been ages since I touched rice. Weekends we make plans, go out , I make sure that I don't take which has cheese\mayo , I personally don't like anything which would reduce\discourage my workouts at the gym. In other words I want to stay loyal to my gym and workouts. Sometimes I treat myself to lays but I prefer baked ones ! (When I have a piece of cake, say on my friends bday, I end up feeling guilty And the next day when I hit the gym, I make sure I workout half an hour extra. I know the 400 calories which were in a rich chocolate cake is no where near my half an hour of Elleptical (200 calories burnt) but at least I am somewhere there plus it gives me personal satisfaction)I gave a summary of the my routine which has helped me come this far. I still have a long way to go. I know getting closer to my goal will be even more time consuming but I can't wait !Hope this helps :)

I cant stop eating mcdonalds?

I wish I knew the answer! I eat it every day !!! if it's not every day its more then it's 3-4 times a week too.
I now weigh 65kg and I never seem to gain weight but I only get floppy bits. I want to stop, but every time I smell or see it, I HAVE to eat it. I always eat a LRGE DBL Cheese Burger Meal w/o onions and pickles and I just can't stop eating it either.

I think it's all in our mind. They more you think about it, the more you want it, so your body thinks you need it and then you will eat it.

You have to tell your brain that your not hungry, or eat before going out so that you don't feel hungry and don't have that need to buy it or eat it. You can try many things to avoid eating it that much and to start you need to have a plan.

My plan started today. I started going to the gym and will continue this twice a week Tuesday and Fridays. I have to back away from McDonald's and think about what I want my body to look like and how much longer I want to live for. McDonald's is taking over my life. I am not going to let it take over my body too,

Be strong, write a list of idea you can do to keep away from it, and stick to it.
