Help with making a chat bot!!?
I have a website and it's a help website for a specific thing but I have recently been adding some "just for fun" stuff. One of the things I want to add is a chat bot. (Artificial Intelligence- a computer you IM with and it replicates chatting with a human based on how that human that made it trained it/has programmed it. I can't figure out how to do this! I have tried chatbot4you. It is really cheesy. even the paid version is very behind bots like Mitsuku. I have tried The Personality Forge. Tried Chat Bot Maker v2. Tried AI Pioneer. Tried MyCyberTwin (it sounded like the best choice but it won't let me sign up!).Tried Scratch. None of these do what I want it to do! I want the chat bot to have a working knowledge of the game my website is to help with but also be a regular chatbot. But I am afraid that is not possible. I am pretty sure that I can't do this but I thought I'd ask- anyone got any ideas? Thanks. I will try and choose a best answer. ;)
Where can I get help making a robot for robowars?
Firstly it depends in which category of robowars do you want to participate. There are different weight categories. There is nothing like getting help, there is something like having dedication and passion.Give yourself at least a 6 month time period. Get a team that consists of people from different domains (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science). Start planning the basic type of robot you would like to build. There is nothing like best robot, it depends on how you build the robot. Get the initial model in a CAD software and run simulations. Get the initial model ready in the first 4 months and use the two months on testing and improvising. I would recommend not you use motor driver boards for controlling motors, instead build H bridges from relays. Most of the robots lose because their driver boards get fried. If possible get custom built motors as per the requirements.I have seen robots made from 5 Lac INR and even 10 Lac INR, but sometimes due to problem in some component, the robot fails. So build robust circuitry so that your electrical system wont fail. Have an extra pair of most of the components.
What kind of AI bot can I develop who will help me to make my job/task easier?
I would not recommend any of the systems, as they deserve too much effort in being programmed for a specific task.. I recently created a DDL (Dialog Definition Language) as well as a compiler which unleash a bot-type runtime, running under .net, to allow anyone to easily create an intelligent bot, just google my name, and framework to create artificial intelligent agents.
Able to Make a C++ typing bot?
Hi, I know a decent of C++ and I'm looking into making a bot that would randomly put together words in a sentence and be able to type them on the screen, like in a web browser. My question is: would I be better off learning a new programing language to try this and if so how long would it take? I know how to generate "random" numbers in C++ but I do not know how to make it type on screen. thanks

What single question can help differentiate a chat bot from a human?
I like to ask them things that are completely off the wall to see how they respond. If they talk about one topic, I avoid sticking to that topic. A person would question what's going on. A chat bot would keep going down their predetermined responses, acting like I was following the path they were programmed to follow without fail. It becomes obvious pretty quickly at that point. It's also fun to go to google translate, and start sending them completely random words and sentences translated to random languages. They might respond to Spanish, or maybe French, but not likely Russian or Tagalog or Swahili.

Is it a good idea to create a Poker bot using machine learning to help a player make decisions?
It would have been a much better idea 10 years ago. Poker has gotten a lot tougher recently, while I don't doubt this method would be reasonable when players were making big mistakes, the edges that are made now are much thinner and require much more complex decision making.For example, imagine we play Rock Paper Scissors. Player A always throws rock… A machine learning system will continually adjust starting at the assumption that player A is 33/33/33… As player A continues to throw rock the machine learning will continue to add in more paper because that is what game theory would suggest. This wouldn't take too long as after a sample of 10 straight rocks, the assumed range of player A will be heavily weighted towards rock and it will continue to be better and better.Now if player A is actually adjusting to the machine learning, the game will eventually end back up at a tie of both players randomly selecting 33/33/33… The analogy is to show that as players in poker are better, the strategy to win is more complex and requires more data and more rigorous thought to win. The days of going from new player to winning player in a week of learning are gone, so the day of a program to be able to choose correct strategy quickly (this presumably would be dictated by the ability to gather hands) will take longer and be more difficult.Sounds like a fun project, but might not be the quickest or most efficient way to learn (as of now).

Survey Bot HELP!!!-Turn Cash Earned Into Nexon Cash? So I play Combat Arms, and so does my friend. He's been making hundreds of thousands of NX Cash by using a bot. The way his bot works is by doing surveys 24/7; so he doesn't have to be on his computer basically. Anyhow it turns that money received by doing the surveys into NX Cash. So he isn't doing anything but is earning so much NX. He suggested that I could find a free bot like at Files Tube, but I tried searching different bots there but never found one; Do you guys know where I could get a free one?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!... (Don't say Roboform add-ons for Firefox because that's not what I mean) Oh yeah, he bought the bought for 30$. It can preform 7 things at a time.

Any language you want, really. It just has to be able to connect to the internet.Some use Python, some use C#, others use Ruby. It’s really up to you. When choosing the language, you should also take into consideration the way that the bot and the service will work. For example, Twitch has an IRC API, so it’s very simple to connect to a Twitch chat and read/send chat text.On the other hand, some websites don’t have such an API, so you need to get somewhat more creative. I have entertained the idea of writing an extension for your browser in JavaScript that automatically types stuff into a box and presses enter (or something to that effect). It could probably work, though it wouldn’t be most efficient.TL, DR: Any language you want that’s higher level than C (like C#, Ruby, Python, etc).
