Where can I meet people that would help me land a project-based web programming work for my company?

I write templates and white-label projects which I publish on Binpress and Codecanyon occasionally but have never been able to find anyone to work with.  I'm a very competent developer but am also very busy and without having a designer to work with and/or at least a project manager to help me manage time and stay focused I have a hard time actually doing it much.
