How do you change youtube playlist settings?
There are 3 ways you can get a video to the top of your playlist. First the moment you are adding it you can click on the checkbox that says "Add videos to top of list" checkbox. See attached screenshot. You have to check this box every time you add a video to your playlist, YouTube will not remember it. Two you can drag your video from you playlist to move it to the top. Finally again from your playlist you can selected the videos you wan to move to the top via the checkbox and selecting "Move to top" from the Actions dropdown.
Why there is no option of 144p in my youtube setting?
Older videos (posted a minimum of 2 years ago) does not have these settings. Newer videos has resolutions from 144 up to 2560 for some. Good luck

Sadly, there is no such thing built into youtube directly. You could, I suppose make an unlisted video and message the link to each of your subscribers individually. Unfortunately, that doesn’t count subscribers who don’t make their usernames visible to others, and you would have to confirm youtube friend requests with each of them.Another option would be to post a link to that unlisted video for your subscribers on a website like patreon where permissions like that are clearly set. Of course, neither of these options will stop someone you gave the link to from sharing it with the rest of the world.The only thing to safe guard a video for subscribers only, would be to ask each subscriber for their email address and share a private video with those email addresses. Not very practical. Sorry.

Green Bar in Youtube Videos!! Help!!?
I noticed this problem 2 days ago. I was playing a youtube video normally, then i went on to see another video and BAM here it is. At the top of video window there a green bar, and also the the resolution, the clarity and the color of the video changed. It's strange because other internet videos for example on dailymotion or metacafe are working fine. Please give me any suggestion on how to fix this!! Thx
