I feel bad about watching porn, advice?
You don't say why you feel guilty about it. Do you think God is mad at you for watching porn or masturbating or both? You're not killing anyone or damaging yourself (no matter what mom said, jerking off won't make you go blind or grow hair on your palms). If there is a God, why would he care if you jerked off every now and then or if you liked to watch people doing it while getting off? That doesn't make any sense. Of course, there are some religious fanatics (hint, read some of your other answers) who think sex is nasty and sinful and satanic. These are the same people who go on Yahoo Answers and tell everyone that sex is nasty and sinful and satanic instead of , for instance, having healthy relationships with other people or jerking off to a hot porn every now and then. If you are genuinely feeling guilty, you need to figure out why. Sometimes guilt is a wonderful thing. It lets us know when we are doing things that are potentially damaging to ourselves or others. I personally think you should always pay attention to guilt. But sometimes guilt is because your mother told you once it's disgusting to touch your peepee or something and you took that to mean that you were evil incarnate if you ever whacked off. Figure out why you're feeling guilty, and you'll most probably figure out whether you need to stop or just give yourself a break.

Hey guys I appreciate all your comments. I really appreciated the sincerity. Here are my very candid thoughts. Guys, please don't think I am a wimp. Girls I think perhaps for the first time in my life I am actually asking myself what does a woman really want from marriage. I have done some serious soul searching today and I have realized that our marriage as I was living it with her wasn't much of marriage. I have two sons who plays sports and I had immersed myself in their sports and their lives. Many times over the last few years she has said to me that the kids were playing too much sports.....and I just realized that was a cry for help. What she was really saying was that I was a great Dad but a lousy husband. I actually don't know if my wife has had sexual relations with her friend. Do adults forget that they were once kids too?
Horrible. By sharing some things (like "yeah, I smoked pot when I was 16, and don't now") is like giving your child your endorsement. Don't you see that by sharing this information, your child will think "hey, my mom did that, so can I!" 1950's parenting was great. It was just the idiot baby boomers that whined about life being so hard that has caused the screw ups in society today. Forget your free love and Woodstock and Dr. Spock and get back to your basics. Kids are results and consequence driven. Simple answers are all that's needed. Now people treat them like "little adults" and then wonder why they are out there screwing around, drinking, and drugging at younger ages than when YOU were doing it. **SIGHS**
Why do teens want to act like adults so much?
Simple, because most teenagers think they have life all figured out. they think that their current boyfriend/girlfriend is the one they will marry and that social studies has nothing to do with what they want to do when they grow up. i'm 36 and i too once thought all that. SURPRISE!!! almost without any doubt at all, any teenager is going to have many boyfreinds/girlfriends before they marry. teenagers that have babies, plan on no daddy being around! i never met a teenage boy that is ready to be a daddy. plan on quitting school. hope those plans don't include a prosporous life. stay in school, go to college, forget about boyfriends (for now anyway 13 is no time for that) (i know, i was 13 too), leave sex completely out of the equation. many/most boys only want that, not the relationship. by the way i'm a male. just focus on you and a good education. the rest will come later.
