Let me help you decide if you need help. At 15 your body is just turning on. For some it is earlier. for others its later. I do know this. Being underweight and working out really hard will stiffle your growth. I know of several people who did just that and it was not till 18 that one of them started to get her period. No breasts. But she looks all good now. Still small but quite lovely little breasts and supper perky. (trying not to sound like a lesbian). So take it easy. Just learn and be active. It will all work out.

I need help finding a 90s (early to mid 90s) R&B soul song (might have rap in it) and I think it was part of a soundtrack but not sure. The chorus goes: "Hey you (hey you hey you) Hey you (hey you hey you) I dont know your name but its somethin I'd like to know. Hey you (hey you hey you) Hey you (hey you hey you) I dont know your name but its somethin I'd like to know." I think a African American girl group sang it and it might have had rap in it. Which is correct, "need a help" or "need help"?
Use "need help" (no "a"). If you need a helper (a person to help you), then "a help" is a little more unusual and might be workable but only in speech (since the listener can confirm with you).

I managed to figure it out using both the answers that were submitted: Nilescio: your method worked perfectly except that you need to replace 2.13m with 1.83m as the mat is 0.30m above the ground. So this changes the velocity which changes the acceleration, which changes the force (the answer is actually 6500N to 2 sig. figs). Somu: to get the right answer, I think you have to use the equation: Work (done by mat) = change in kinetic energy of jumper after contact with mat = K3 - K2 = 0 - 1165.71 = -1165.71 J Work = -1165.71 = Fx (where x = 0.18m) F = -1165.71/0.18 = 6500 N (2 sig. figs) Thankfully I got the right answer in the end.
