Hey Im Lydia I Opened A New Youtube Account But I Got Realy Tired Of Aploading Videos Without Ppl

What are the best songs to listen to when doing homework?

It depends on the assignment, really. Here’s my own general strategy:If it’s just busy work, whatever you feel like. Listen to an album by your favorite artist or try a new one. Whatever gets you in a good rhythm and alleviates the sense of drudgery. There are plenty of feel-good pop playlists on SpotifyFor math assignments that require a little more cognition, I tend to listen to instrumentals or soundtrack music, usually from the Vitamin String Quartet or video games. If the music is too catchy to resist humming along, it might become a distraction. In that case, I’d just opt for classical music. For writing assignments, I usually listen to some relaxing rock, jazz, electronic, classical or soundtrack to help bolster my creativity. Can be with or without lyrics. If you’re studying for an exam, struggling with a problem, or the assignment requires the utmost concentration, then you’d probably be best not listening to anything. Especially if you’re like me, since I get distracted very easily (I’m actually supposed to be revising a paper now. RIP). If you absolutely cannot work in silence, then find a ten hour white noise YouTube video, or try out this ongoing composition: Longplayer.Hope this helps. Happy homeworking!

How to get a flat stomach for a 14 year old girl in a month?

I looked at your weight and height on the site below, and noticed that you were already at a good weight - about 5 pounds below average. So you definitely aren't fat, and you are a little bit skinny. When I took a look at your pictures, I understand a little about what you are talking about - you have a skinny figure, but you do have a soft belly.

You have started an exercise program, but I bet that you haven't really exercised much in the past. Like most girls your age, your weight is good, but you don't have much muscle. That means that the difference is a little extra fat. It's very common, but if you are willing to become more athletic, you will build a little muscle, and you will lose some of the tummy fat.

Take a look at the article below about starting an exercise program. You can follow it by riding an exercise bike or walking and running on a treadmill, or swim if your gym has a pool! If you really want good, long term results, send me a message through my profile, and I can outline some weight workouts that you can do at the gym - but you may be able to do this with someone at the gym, too! You should have 4-6 upper body, 4-6 lower body workouts. Don't just do a whole bunch of ab workouts. One or two is fine, but ab exercises aren't going to flatten your tummy until you lose that small layer of belly fat that covers up the muscles.

The other article is about keeping a food diary, to help you check that you are eating healthy. People usually don't realize how often they eat a really big meal, or snack during the day, or eat junk food, until their jeans get tight, or they see themselves in a mirror. The food diary is for you to make sure that you are eating enough (like an athlete - eating the right amount, but not starving!) and that you are eating good foods, without too much junk food. It helps to build healthy eating habits.
