I can’t really add anything to the actual process of mailing a letter that the other excellent answers haven’t already covered. But, I will give you a couple of hacks to get your mail to the location faster.This only works if you live near a very large processing facility.I lived in Oviedo, FL but the nearest large processing facility is in Orlando, FL by the airport. If you mail it AT THAT FACILITY, they will sort it and send it out the same day if you meet the cut-off times on the mail box. This will save you the time it would take locally to sort and process it and save 1–2 days in the process.I now live in Nothern Viriginia near Washington DC. There are 2 large facilities near me. Merrifield, VA and Dulles, VA (think airport as in IAD).If I mailed anything at Merrifield, it takes 2–3 days to get to any destination on the East Coast that I have sent things to. If I mail it at the Dulles facility, it cuts that down by 1 day. If I go local, it goes through 2–3 transfers which can add an extra day or two to the process.But, for less than fifty cents, who else is going to take your first class letter ANYWHERE?

As Christopher Hawk said, it depends on which law enforcement agency is involved. Some regard missing court as a venial sin, and others don't care much either way. Cops almost always get paid overtime for attending court, which you would think would be an incentive to show up. However, sometimes free time and not having to interrupt your day (or night, if you're on the graveyard shift) are more important than money. I don't know what the stats are or were, but I had the impression that a lot of the officers from my agency blew off court frequently. Several defense attorneys told me, with good-natured disparagement, "Dammit, Dees, you always show up!" The primary defense strategy for many lawyers was what we called "the whites of the eyes defense." If you see the whites of the arresting officer's eye in the courtroom hallway, plead your client out. Like Christopher, I also missed court twice. It was my fault, both times. I wrote the appearance date or time down incorrectly in my pocket calendar, and just blew it off. It was uncharacteristic of me that there were no consequences. I did a lot of DUI enforcement, and because of that had more court appearances than anyone in the patrol division. My record was seven in one day, all at different venues, and I made every one of them. I doubt anyone knows the answer to the question. There are too many variables, and it's doubtful anyone tracks this outside a single agency.

So it’s always better to plan ahead the choice of the courses you are currently taking and it’s use in your degree plan because some of the courses that you are currently taking may be transferred to new college but may not be used in your degree plan.So it’s far better to complete all the general courses while attending the Community College and plan ahead about the university and major you will be choosing.
